In a fast-paced world where everyone is expected to be okay, many silently struggle. ๐๐ช๐๐ก๐๐๐๐ฃ, a Filipino word meaning a safe hideaway or refuge, is more than just a physical corner. It is a commitment to say: ๐ฐ๐โ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐

๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฃ๐๐๐ญ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ creates a dedicated, non-judgmental, and accessible corner where individuals can pause, breathe, express, and connect. It transforms an ordinary space into a sanctuary for mental well-being โ a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health.
The Supreme Secondary Learner Government (SSLG) of Guiling-Coliling National High School prepares various activities that allow students to express themselves, share encouragement, and spread kindness through message boards, motivational message cards, and an online campaign. The following activities are part of this initiative.

Inspired by pabalat, the traditional paper-cutting art of Bulacan, this interactive message board features colorful, hand-cut paper designs and pockets where students can leave positive messages, suggestions, practical solutions, and anonymous concerns.
This activity aims to promote mental health awareness, kindness, and open communication while appreciating and preserving Filipino cultural heritage.

Sometimes, a few words can make a meaningful difference. Through this activity, the SSLG will distribute small cards containing encouraging words and messages of hope. Motivational messages will also be displayed around the school in a tear-off format, allowing students to take a message they need or share one with a classmate or friend who may need encouragement.

Words That Heal is an online campaign where students may share healing words, personal reflections, encouraging messages, or experiences that inspired them to keep going. Submissions will be collected through a Google Form, and chosen responses will be posted on the official SSLG page.

May these simple activities serve as gentle reminders that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a difference. May every message bring comfort, every shared word inspire hope, and every safe space remind someone that they do not have to face their struggles alone.
