Arrested Wanted Person

On December 05, 2023 at about 11:30 AM Joint personnel of Roxas MPS led by PCPT CLYDE B KALYAWEN, OIC, together with 3rd Platoon, 2nd PMFC, 403rd B MC RMFB, MIMAROPA, 105SAC 10SAB, PNP SAF conducted operation against wanted person in Brgy. Bagumbayan, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro that resulted in the arrest of wanted person for the crime of Reckless Imprudence Resulting in Homicide (RPC ART 365) with Criminal Case Number R-3396, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest, dated November 30, 2023, issued by HON. GLENN PAUL D. ARMAMENTO, Presiding Judge of Municipal Trial Court, Roxas, Oriental Mindoro with bail for provisional liberty was fixed at Php 60,000.00.
The said arrested wanted person is now under the custody of Roxas MPS for documentation and will be turned over to the court of origin for proper disposition.
