TMU Traffic Operation Officer Mr. Gonzalo A. Andrada Jr. and TFRU Head Mr. Edgar Andrade meet TODA Presidents and Officers Mr. Joseph Soberano of RCTODA, Mr. Leonardo Bade of ARCTODA, Mr. Eugene Demoro of AKTODA, Mr. Bernado Abasiar of MRTA, Mr. Policarpio Juralbar of UCCTODA and Mr. Paul De Jose of URCCTODA at TFRU Office. One of the topics discussed was about the wearing of face shield based on DOtr Memorandum Circular no. 2020-014 to be encourage to both Driver and Passenger wherein an agreement was met that the TODA Presidents and Officers promised their full cooperation. The meeting was been fruitful other issues and problems related to traffic were peacefully resolved by the parties involved.
