Ipinapaalam na ang ilang benepisyaryo mula sa naunang post para sa 2nd batch ay may kulang na requirements, partikular ang kanilang 1ST SEMESTER grades at Assessment Form sa kasalukuyang school year.

Mangyaring isubmit ang mga ito sa darating na March 21, 2026 upang agad na matanggap ang kanilang financial assistance. Kung hindi ito maipapasa sa nasabing araw, maaari pa ring isubmit ang mga requirements at kunin ang financial assistance sa susunod na sabado, sa oras na kumpleto na ang lahat ng dokumento.

Alinsunod sa nakatakdang programa ng Barangay Lucban, isasagawa ang Ikalawang Batch ng Pamamahagi ng Financial Assistance para sa mga kwalipikadong kabataang residente sa March 21, 2026, mula 1:00 PM hanggang 5:00 PM, sa Barangay Lucban Multi-Purpose Hall.

Ipinababatid na tanging mga benepisyaryong nakapaloob sa opisyal na listahan ang papayagang tumanggap ng nasabing tulong. Mahigpit na ipinagbabawal ang proxy, at kinakailangang personal na dumalo ang benepisyaryo para sa kaukulang beripikasyon at pagtanggap.

Ang inyong pakikiisa at pagsunod sa mga alituntunin ay inaasahan upang matiyak ang maayos at sistematikong pamamahagi.

The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Lucban is now officially opening the 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 to support our local youth in their 𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗻-𝗮𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

Personal submission of documents is strictly required.

Attention to all Kabataan of Barangay Lucban, who previously submitted the BRO-profiling are advised to prepare and submit the required documents for the BROEd Scholarship.

Please be guided by the following instructions:

1. Applicants must submit the following documents together with the printed BRO-Ed Application Form:

a. Letter addressed to the Governor stating the student’s full name, course, year level, school, reason for applying, and justification for being deserving of a scholarship.
b. Assessment or Enrollment Form (1st Semester, A.Y. 2025–2026)
c. Certificate of Indigency
d. Grades
• For first-year students: Grade 12 Report Card (Photocopy)
• For higher-year students: Certificate of Grades for 2nd Semester A.Y. 2024–2025 (original copy, signed and stamped or sealed by the school)
e. 2x2 ID picture
f. Voter’s Certificate

2. Submission

Completed application forms and documentary requirements shall be submitted to the Barangay hall of Lucban starting January 7 and the deadline is January 9, 2026, 2pm.

3. Final Endorsement

The LYDO or SK Federation President shall consolidate and submit all applications and supporting documents to the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO).

Note:
Students under the categories "Additional", "Old Non-Marginalized", and "Old Marginalized" who have already completed their renewal through the BRO-Ed Portal are no longer required to submit documentary requirements.

To all OLD scholars who have already renewed through the BRO-Ed portal but are not included in the list, please do not worry. Your renewal application is already being processed and verified through the BRO-Ed system.

The PYDO will still consider their submissions and qualifications upon validation based on the following priority ranking, for budget consideration:

1. Renewal/Old Scholars
2. Profiled and Validated from RSBSA/PESO List
3. Profiled and Validated NON-RSBSA/PESO Applicants
