Ang mga benepisyaryo ay qualified, dumaan sa masusing evaluation at tamang proseso, kabilang ang validation at ocular inspection, upang matiyak na ang tulong ay mapupunta sa mga tunay na nangangailangan.

Ang programang ito ay matagumpay na naisakatuparan sa tulong ng PESO Office, sa pangunguna ni Mr. Jhun Matias, PESO Manager, na patuloy na nagbibigay ng maagap at tapat na serbisyo sa mamamayan.

Lubos din ang pasasalamat sa Municipal Administrator na si Oio Calderon, na batang-bata pa, hands-on sa trabaho, at napakasipag, at aktibong tumulong sa pagpapatupad ng mga programang pangkabuhayan sa bayan.

Malaki rin ang pasasalamat sa masipag, mabait, at matulungin, at mabilis umaksyon sa serbisyo at pagtulong na Punong Bayan, Mayor Benedict Calderon, na walang sawang nagsusulong ng mga programang pangkabuhayan para sa ikauunlad ng komunidad.
