In a historic gathering of unity and leadership, District 3D successfully concluded ANG PAGTILILIPON: The State of the District Address and Installation Ceremony of the New District Supervisor on September 30, 2026 at Colonia Divina Covered Court.

The program commenced with the delivery of the State of the District Address (SODA) by the outgoing Public Schools District Supervisor of District 3D, Ma'am Analie V. Buhayan. In her address, Ma'am Buhayan highlighted the remarkable milestones and significant achievements of the newly created district for School Year 2025-2026. She emphasized the collaborative efforts of school heads, teachers, stakeholders, and learners that paved the way for the district's strong foundation and continuous progress. The momentous event was graced by the presence of the Schools Division Superintendent, Sir Dannie Clark M. Uguil, CESO VI, who delivered an inspirational message and formally administered the installation of the newly appointed District Supervisor of District 3D, Sir Jerson F. Donasco. In his message, SDS Uguil lauded the leadership of Ma'am Buhayan and expressed full confidence in the capability of Sir Donasco to sustain and elevate the gains of the district. Also present to show his support was Sir Jordan Beleganio, SGOD Chief of the Division of Sagay City.

The celebration of leadership and transition was witnessed by esteemed community leaders, including the leaders of two barangays — Brgy. Sewahon I (CPO Santiago) and Brgy. Colonia Divina, headed by Hon. Florante Halipa and Hon. Renato C. Andong, respectively, whose presence underscored the strong partnership between the school and the community. Also in attendance were the School Heads of the different schools of District 3D, PTA officers, Learner Government (SELG/SSLG), BSP, GSP, and other stakeholders, making the event a true manifestation of pagtililipon — a convergence of all education champions for one goal.

The installation of Sir Jerson F. Donasco marks a new chapter for District 3D — a chapter anchored on continuity, collaboration, and commitment to quality education.

Colonia Divina, Sagay City — Colonia Divina Integrated Farm School successfully conducted its State of the School Address (SOSA) led by Sir Ryan C. Alvarez, Principal I, showcasing a year of remarkable achievements and continued growth.
The program commenced with a warm welcome message from Ma'am Amie Rose P. Villar, Head Teacher I, who acknowledged the presence of stakeholders, parents, teachers, and students whose collective efforts have been instrumental to the school's success.
In his address, Sir Ryan C. Alvarez proudly presented the school's major accomplishments and highlights for School Year 2025-2026. Among the milestones mentioned were:
Academics and Skills Excellence: The school was recognized as the Best Performer in Literacy and Numeracy in the entire Division, a testament to its strong academic foundation. He also highlighted the school's outstanding performance in various academic contests, excellence in Technical-Vocational skills, and the vibrant student leadership and community engagement programs that have empowered learners beyond the classroom.
School Improvement and Facilities: Sir Alvarez also underscored the significant improvements in school facilities, where existing structures were enhanced and several new facilities were added to provide a more conducive and learner-friendly environment for the CDIFS learners.
The newly installed Public Schools District Supervisor of District 3D, Sir Jerson Donasco, graced the occasion and commended the excellent performance of the school for SY 2025-2026. In his message, he lauded the leadership of Sir Alvarez and the dedication of the teaching force, while reminding everyone that, "Even if the school performs well, we should always strive to be better for our learners."
Expressions of unwavering support were also conveyed by stakeholders. PTA Treasurer Ms. Eula Buhayan, Teacher Representative Ma'am Carren Barbas, and SK Chairman Hon. Rainviel Cuenca delivered their messages of commendation and pledged their continuous support for the school's programs and future endeavors.
The State of the School Address concluded with a renewed commitment from the entire CDIFS community to sustain excellence and uphold its mission as an Integrated Farm School that nurtures academic excellence, skills development, and community spirit.

𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝟯𝗗 𝗠𝗜𝗗-𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥 𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝟮

Day 2 of the District 3D Mid-Year INSET 2026, held today, September 8, 2026, at Colonia Divina Integrated Farm School, focused on transforming international lessons into practical classroom applications.

The day opened with Session 1: "Assessing to Improve Learning: Lessons from TIMSS for Classroom Practice", expertly discussed by our Head Teacher, Ma'am Amie Rose P. Villar. She unpacked key takeaways from TIMSS and showed how its framework can help teachers improve how we assess and enhance student learning.

This was followed by Session 2: "Crafting of Assessment Tool", collaboratively facilitated by Ma'am Amie Rose P. Villar and Ma'am Caroline R. Victoriano. The session guided participants in designing valid and reliable assessment tools aligned with competencies and learning standards.

The afternoon was dedicated to the Item Review and Critiquing of Outputs, where teachers presented their crafted assessment tools. Through collaborative feedback and expert guidance, outputs were refined to ensure quality, fairness, and relevance.

Truly a productive and hands-on Day 2, strengthening our commitment to assessment that improves learning!

✨ 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗘 & 𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗡𝗘 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 | 𝗘𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

We all have difficult days. There are moments of pressure, disappointment, uncertainty, and even times when things simply do not go as planned. Emotional resilience does not mean that we do not feel these things. It means having the courage to acknowledge what we feel, learn from the experience, and rise again.

For me, service becomes even more meaningful in these moments. We may be carrying challenges of our own, yet we can still choose to show up for others—to listen, to encourage, to lend a hand, and to make someone’s journey a little lighter.

As we begin another week, may we give ourselves the grace to feel, the strength to rise, and the heart to continue serving.

We acknowledge. We rise. We continue to serve. 💙✨
