๐๐๐๐๐๐, ๐๐๐ฆ๐๐จ๐๐ง๐ ๐ ๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ โ Binoni Elementary School has officially established its School Governance Council (SGC) through an orientation and election activity aimed at strengthening stakeholder participation, community engagement, and shared responsibility in school governance.
The activity was conducted on August 19, 2026 at the schoolโs Administrative Building, attended by 13 representatives from various sectors of the community, including Peopleโs Organizations, Religious Sectors, Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (BDRRM), the Chief Tanod, and other reputable members of community organizations.
The orientation provided stakeholders with an overview of the purpose, roles, and responsibilities of the School Governance Council, emphasizing the importance of active community participation in supporting the schoolโs programs, projects, and activities.
During the election, ๐๐๐๐๐ก๐๐ซ ๐๐๐ ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ง๐ was designated as ๐๐จ-๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง, while ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐จ๐ซ ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ง ๐. ๐๐ญ๐จ๐ง๐ was elected also as another ๐๐จ-๐๐ก๐๐ข๐ซ๐ฉ๐๐ซ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง. ๐๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐. ๐๐ข๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐๐ง, ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐๐ข๐ง๐จ๐ง๐ข ๐๐ค๐ฌ๐ฒ๐จ๐ง ๐

The establishment of the SGC marks an important milestone for Binoni Elementary School as it strengthens collaboration between the school and its stakeholders. Through the council, community representatives are given a meaningful avenue to participate in planning, decision-making, and initiatives that support the welfare and development of learners.
The newly established School Governance Council is committed to fostering inclusive, participatory, transparent, and accountable governance, working closely with the school in creating a supportive learning environment and advancing the shared goals of the school and the community.
