Hinihikayat ang lahat ng mga residente ng Barangay Luna na mga 𝗜𝗻𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 3rd & 𝟰𝘁𝗵 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗴𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘀𝗮 𝗦𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 para pumunta dito sa Barangay Hall ngayong araw June 5, 2026 hanggang ika lima ng hapon (5:00pm) para mapili ang 𝙌𝙐𝘼𝙇𝙄𝙁𝙄𝙀𝘿 𝙍𝙀𝘾𝙄𝙋𝙄𝙀𝙉𝙏 ayon sa ibinabang guidelines ng 𝙎𝘾𝙋𝙁 𝘽𝘼𝙍𝘼𝙉𝙂𝘼𝙔 𝙎𝘾𝙃𝙊𝙇𝘼𝙍𝙎𝙃𝙄𝙋 𝙋𝙍𝙊𝙂𝙍𝘼𝙈 (₱100,000 Allocation)

📌 SCPF BARANGAY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Under the Socio-Civic Projects Fund (SCPF) "Bawat Barangay Makikinabang" Scholarship Program, each barangay is allocated 5 slots for Presidential Scholars.

Each selected student receives (PhP 20,000) in cash assistance per academic year.

The guidelines and application requirements for this barangay scholarship generally include the following:

👉🏻Must be a bonafide resident of your barangay.
👉🏻Education Level: Incoming 3rd & 4th-year college students are typically prioritized
👉🏻From vulnerable households
👉🏻 At risk of dropping out
👉🏻From families with no college graduates
👉🏻Academic Standing: Must have a
General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or 88% with no failing grades.
👉🏻Financial Status: Must belong to a low-income or underprivileged family.
👉🏻Existing Scholarships: Preference is often given to students who do not currently enjoy other major government or private scholarships.
👉🏻Good Moral Character: Must have no disciplinary or criminal records.
👉🏻Proof of Enrollment: Certificate of Registration (COR) or a Certificate of Enrollment (COE) from your current university/college, or Previous COR/COE
👉🏻Academic Records: Certified true copy of grades or the latest report card.
👉🏻The Sangguniang Barangay will review all applications to select the top 5 most deserving candidates based on transparent ranking and potential interviews.

Philsys National ID Registration mula 8am hangang 3Pm. Priority registration for PWD's of Barangay Luna. Pwede po tayong magpunta at ma-avail Philsys National ID sa mga Wala pa pong National ID. Ito ay handog ng lokal na pamahalaan ng San Antonio sa pamumuno ng ating napakasipag na Punong Bayan Dok Arvin Antipolo!

Ang buong Konseho ng Barangay Luna, sa pangunguna ng ating Punong Barangay Jerry Cabasal at ng Sangguniang Kabataan Council sa liderato si Chairman Jonathan Casiano Habla , ay taos-pusong bumabati ng isang mapayapa at makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng Eid’l Adha sa ating mga kapatid na Muslim.

Bagama’t isang regular holiday, ang Tanggapan ng Barangay Luna ay mananatiling bukas upang magpatuloy sa pagbibigay-serbisyo sa ating mga mamamayan na may mahahalagang transaksyon at pangangailangan.

🌱💚 GULAY PALIT BITAMINA: KONTRA MALNUTRISYON PROGRAM 💊🥬
Barangay Luna, San Antonio, Zambales

From advocacy to action, Barangay Luna proudly continues its commitment to fighting malnutrition and promoting community health through the successful implementation of the “Gulay Palit Bitamina: Kontra Malnutrisyon Program.”

The initiative started with a meaningful Health Seminar and Medical Consultation led by Dr. Quintero, where Members of the Barangay Council, together with the Barangay Nutrition Scholars (BNS), Barangay Population Workers (BPW), and Barangay Health Workers (BHW), were educated on proper nutrition, child health, and preventive healthcare as part of the community’s commitment to combating malnutrition.

This innovation was spearheaded by the Committee on Livelihood in support of strengthening the community’s agricultural initiatives, highlighted by the purchase of a new water pump to sustain the barangay gulayan and improve vegetable production. The program was further reinforced through the active dissemination and support of the Committee on Social Work and Health with the Barangay Nutrition Council, ensuring that the benefits of the initiative reach the families and children who need it most.

This was followed by the formal provision and signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Barangay Luna and Farmacia Pascasio, establishing a strong partnership focused on transforming community-grown vegetables into vitamins and nutritional supplements for children aged 0–59 months.

The program was further strengthened through the approval and resolution of the Barangay Council, authorizing the implementation of this sustainable and community-based nutrition initiative.

Today marks another milestone as we officially begin the implementation and awarding/distribution of vitamins and supplements to identified beneficiaries - turning the vegetables of our community gulayan into hope, health, and better nutrition for our children.

Together, we prove that through unity, health education, agriculture, and partnership, we can build a healthier Barangay Luna for every child.

Your Barangay Luna Council, headed by Punong Barangay Jerry Cabasal together with the members of the Barangay Council, and with the full support of the Sangguniang Kabataan Council headed by SK Chairman Jonathan Casiano Habla, remains committed to promoting greener, healthier, and better community services for every resident of Barangay Luna. 🌱💚

Ang aming taos-pusong pasasalamat Kay Nanay Bing sa masarap na Arrozcaldo at sa mainit na pandesal at tinapay from Brad Bakery!

Pasasalamat din sa walang sawang supporta sa pamahalaang lokal, sa pangunguna ng ating masipag na Punong Bayan, Mayor Dok Arvin Antipolo, sa ating napaka-supportive na Municipal Administrator Mam Corazon A. Zamora, sa ating masipag na DILG Officer Mam Jephany M. Pingkihan and Mam Mitch! Sa ating mga tropa sa BFP, maraming salamat po.

Taos pusong pasasalamat mula sa mga Senior Citizen Birthday Celebrants ng 1st Quarter 2026 mula sa LGU ng San Antonio, Zambales sa inyong programa na Senior Citizen Birthday Incentive, sa pangunguna ng ating masipag at mapagmahal na Punong Bayang Dok Arvin Antipolo kasama ang buong Sangguniang Bayan ng San Antonio Zambales sa pamumuno ni Vice-Mayor Atty Jojo Bactad.
