The activity featured a lecture on the Demerits Policy, aimed at enhancing personnelโ€™s awareness and understanding of the prescribed policies, rules, and regulations governing personnel conduct, accountability, and discipline.

Under the leadership of ๐…๐’๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐๐„๐‘๐๐€๐‘๐ƒ ๐“ ๐‘๐Ž๐’๐„๐“๐„, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Acting Regional Director, Bureau of Fire Protection Region III; under the supervision of ๐…๐’๐’๐”๐๐“ ๐‰๐„๐€๐๐๐„๐“๐“๐„ ๐ƒ ๐‰๐”๐’๐€๐˜๐€๐, ๐ƒ๐’๐‚, Provincial Fire Marshal of Zambales; and with the guidance of SFO2 Edward M Ching Jr ,OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal of San Felipe Fire Station, personnel of this station conducted the Traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony and Ranks Inspection.

The activity aimed to promote discipline, professionalism, proper bearing, and adherence to the standards of the Bureau of Fire Protection.

The ranks inspection also ensured that all personnel were properly groomed and in complete prescribed uniform as part of maintaining operational readiness and organizational discipline.
