PUBLIC ADVISORY. Pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 116 dated 31 March 2026, Central and Regional Offices shall be on work-from-home arrangement tomorrow, 01 April 2026 (Wednesday), from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN. Work will be suspended from 12:00 in the afternoon onwards to provide government employees full opportunity to observe the Holy Week.

PUBLIC ADVISORY. Pursuant to Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 114 dated 06 March 2026, please be informed that DHSUD Central and Regional Offices will be open from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM on 23-26 March 2026 (Monday-Thursday) and from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on 27 March 2026 (Friday).

Clients and stakeholders are advised to schedule their visits and transactions during the said office hours.

PUBLIC ADVISORY. In observance of Eid'l Fitr (Feast of Ramadhan), Central and Regional Offices will be closed on Friday, 20 March 2026, pursuant to Office of the President Proclamation No. 1189 s. 2026.

Regular office operations will continue from March 16-19 (Monday to Thursday), 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

DHSUD Region 3 conducts 𝐇𝐎𝐀 𝐒𝐔𝐌𝐌𝐈𝐓 – 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐑𝐑 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐀 𝟗𝟗𝟎𝟒

The DHSUD Region 3 through the Homeowners Association and Community Development Division conducted a HOA Summit last 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟐𝟖, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 at the Civic Center Covered Court, Brgy. Del Rosario, City of San Fernando, Pampanga to discuss the salient features of the 2024 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9904. Present during the activity were Atty. Sharon Faith S. Paquiz, Supervising Senior Undersecretary; Atty. Roman Nicholo S.E. Molina, Undersecretary; Atty. Ma. Lorina J. Rigor, HOACDB Director; Atty. Richard L. Manila, CE, Regional Director; Engr. Laila C. Castillo, EnP, OIC-Assistant Regional Director; and Ms. Maycil A. Atanacio, HOACDD Chief, sharing their insights and wisdom on the newly published provisions on the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners Associations. In addition, representatives from other divisions presented various policies and guidelines regarding the mandates of the Department.

The activity successfully oriented the HOA board of directors, officers, and members on the key provisions and updates of the said rules to ensure compliance, address common issues encountered by HOAs, and promote awareness.
