We warmly congratulate our EDSP Category 2 (incoming 2nd to 5th year), ODSP Category 1 (incoming first year), and Category 2 (incoming 2nd to 5th year) applicants who qualified as the New OWWA RWO 3 Scholars for S.Y. 2025-2026!

The online application started last July 16 and officially ended on July 31, 2025. Below are the list of applicants who have successfully completed the list of requirements and qualifications to avail the scholarship program.
The Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) and OFW Dependent Scholarship Program (ODSP) are both OWWA's flagship scholarship program designed for OFW dependents who aspire to complete any 4-5 years baccalaureate degree in the Philippines.
Please be guided for further instructions regarding the schedule of orientation and signing of agreement in your province.

The OWWA Regional Welfare Office III proudly congratulates the successful examinees from Region III who qualified for the Education for Development Scholarship Program (EDSP) – Category I for Academic Year 2025–2026!

This year’s qualifying examination, conducted by the Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) on April 5–6, 2025, served as the basis for selecting the Top 1,000 qualifiers nationwide.

The EDSP is one of OWWA’s flagship scholarship programs designed for academically deserving dependents of active OWWA members who aspire to pursue a four- or five-year baccalaureate degree in the Philippines.

For applicants of EDSP (Category 2) and ODSP (Category 1 & 2):
The application period officially ended on July 31, 2025. At present, all applications are still under review, and no results have been released yet. Please stay tuned for OWWA’s official announcement in the coming weeks.
