2. Real Property Tax Computation from the Office of Municipal Treasurer

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 12001 (RPVARA)
Section 30. Grant of tax Amnesty on Real Property Taxes and Special Levies on Real Property. -There is hereby granted a real property tax amnesty which shall cover penalties, surcharges, and interests from all unpaid real property taxes, including Special Education Fund, idle land tax, and other special levy taxes, prior to the effectivity of this Act: Provided, That the real property tax amnesty hereby authorized and granted can only be availed within a period of two (2) years after the effectivity of this Act.

The Local Government Unit of San Fernando, Cebu through the Municipal Treasurer's Office and Business Permit Licensing Office conducts a BUSINESS ONE STOP SHOP (BOSS) beginning January 6, 2025 Monday until January 31, 2025 Friday at the Municipal Hall, 2nd Floor Lobby.

LGU San Fernando releases the first Business Permit Series 2023 after it had successfully completed the simplified steps in securing business permits through the Business One Stop Shop.

The release of permit was made in the presence of San Fernando Municipal Mayor Hon. Mytha Ann B. Canoy and Municipal Treasurer Edsel Laguda.
