In celebration of PCL Week, the Philippine Councilors League (PCL) - La Union Chapter organized a series of simultaneous programs and activities across the component city and municipalities within the province.

Led by the dedicated officers of the league, members actively participated in various initiatives including flag-raising ceremonies, outreach programs, and tree-planting events. These activities reflect the PCL's commitment to community service, environmental stewardship, and civic duty.

Through these efforts, the Philippine Councilors League reaffirms its mission to inspire positive change and promote the well-being of its constituents.

PCL La Union joins in the nationwide simultaneous PCL Week Celebration with the theme, “PCL: Sustainable Development through Food and Water Security.”

Pursuant to Presidential Decree No.212 series of 1993, the first week of September is declared the Philippine Councilors Week.

As we observe Ninoy Aquino Day, may we be inspired by his courage and dedication to the Filipino people. His legacy reminds us that the quest for a better nation begins with each one of us.

PCL- La Union Officers’ Meeting Amidst Nature's Serenity

On August 16, 2024, the PCL- La Union Officers conducted their 3rd Quarterly Meeting at Arvi- Scenery Resort in Barangay Cadaclan, City of San Fernando, La Union.
The officers' session provided an elevated vantage point over the up and coming programs and events which included the celebration of PCL Week in September and the Seminars and Workshops for the PCL Members for the remaining semester of CY 2024.
This strategic 'mountain top view' allowed the officers to chart a clear and ambitious course, ensuring that every step taken aligns with the ultimate goal of the league to reach new heights in public service.
