Ano ang kailangan mong gawin bilang magulang sa Bakuna Eskwela?

✅ Dumalo sa mga PTA meeting at information sessions na isinasagawa kasama ang mga g**o, health care workers, at iba pang katuwang upang magkaroon ng sapat at tamang impormasyon tungkol sa Bakuna Eskwela at pagbabakuna.

✅ Sagutan at isumite ang consent form sa class adviser ng bata. Ang mga nakolektang consent form ay pagsasama-samahin ng itinalagang school personnel at/o DepEd nurse at ieendorso sa vaccination team ng LGU para sa kaukulang pagbabakuna.

✅ I-monitor ang bata pagkatapos ng pagbabakuna at kung may mapansing hindi pangkaraniwang reaksyon o sintomas, agad itong ipagbigay-alam sa health worker o vaccination team.

Ang dengue ay maaaring lumala at mauwi sa malubhang kondisyon. Kung nakakaranas ng matinding pananakit ng tiyan, paulit-ulit na pagsusuka, pagdurugo, pagsusuka o pagdumi na may dugo, matinding panghihina, o pagiging balisa, huwag nang maghintay.

Kapag may sintomas, magpatingin agad sa pinakamalapit na health facility. Maagang pagpapatingin at agarang pagkilos ay mahalaga upang maiwasan ang malubhang komplikasyon ng dengue.

Samantala, makiisa sa 4Ts—Taob, Taktak, Tuyo, Takip—upang maiwasan ang pagdami ng lamok na maaaring magdala ng dengue.

IN PHOTOS: The Ilocos Center for Health Development successfully conducted its 3rd Quarter Institutional Mobile Blood Donation last September 30, 2026, at the Main Conference Room, DOH Ilocos CHD, San Fernando City, La Union.

A total of 25 blood units were collected from new and regular voluntary non-remunerated blood donors exemplifying the Ilocos NVBSP’s advocacy for voluntary blood donation, helping ensure a safe and sufficient blood supply for everyone.

MANDATORY SCREENING (EDAD 50–69 TAONG GULANG):
Magpatingin sa pinakamalapit na health facility para sa Clinical Breast Examination (CBE) o Mammogram bawat 2 taon. Ito ang pinakakritikal na paraan upang matukoy ang kanser sa pinakamaagang yugto.

SA TAHANAN:
Maging pamilyar sa sariling katawan sa pamamagitan ng Breast Self-Examination (BSE). Kung may makapang kakaibang bukol o anumang pagbabago sa dibdib, magpakonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na doktor o health center.

Huwag matakot magpasuri! Ang maagang pagtuklas ay nagbibigay ng mas malaking tsansa sa paggaling!

IN PHOTOS: The Ilocos Center for Health Development, thru the Mental, Neurologic, and Substance Use (MNS) Program conducted the Training on Screening, Brief Intervention, and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) of PWUDs for Health Allied Professionals last September 22-25, 2026 in the City of San Fernando, La Union.

The activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of health allied professionals in the early identification, assessment, brief intervention, and appropriate referral of PWUDs in accordance with existing policies and standards on Community-Based Drug Rehabilitation (CBDR).
