The 6th Matching Conference and Personal Appearance on Adoption was successfully conducted on May 6, 2026, at the 5th Floor, Primus Medicus Building, San Isidro, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, where several adoption cases were presented before the Regional Child Placement Committee (RCPC) for evaluation and appropriate action.

During the conference, three adoptive applicants were approved, one placement was confirmed, and one relative adoption was approved, marking another important milestone in the adoption process and the continuing efforts to secure permanent family care for children.

NACC RACCO 3 remains committed to upholding the best interests of every child by ensuring that each adoption case undergoes a thorough, careful, and child-centered assessment.

With every step taken in the adoption journey, we move closer to creating brighter opportunities and stronger support systems for children in need of loving and permanent families. 💙💛❤

The National Authority for Child Care (NACC), in partnership with All God’s Children International (AGCI) - Philippines, conducted a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Leadership Workshop for social workers from 16 local government units in NCR and the NACC Regional Alternative Child Care Office - NCR (RACCO-NCR).

Through the workshop, participants learned practical ways to better understand how trauma affects children and how they can respond with greater sensitivity and care in their day-to-day work.

The NACC RACCO 3 participated in the Regular Meeting of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) - Zambales Chapter held on May 12, 2026 at Casa Dinah Villas and Events Place, Masinloc, Zambales.

The meeting served as an avenue to discuss various programs, services, and initiatives that strengthen collaboration among government agencies and Local Government Units (LGUs). NACC RACCO 3 also highlighted the importance of partnership and coordination in promoting and protecting the welfare of children and families in the communities.

Through strengthened collaboration and shared commitment, NACC RACCO 3 continues to advocate for responsive, child-centered, and family-focused services across Region III.
