A meaningful Motherโs Day Celebration, Gift Giving, and Feeding Program was conducted on May 11, 2026, at approximately 5:00 PM at the Angeles District JailโFemale Dormitory, benefiting 158 female Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL). The activity was led by ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐

๐๐๐๐๐๐, Acting District Jail Warden, together with JO1 Kate P Culala, Development Officer.
The celebration highlighted the importance of honoring motherhood, resilience, and unconditional love. In her inspirational message, ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐ shared that this would be her last Motherโs Day celebration with the facility as ActingDistrict Jail Warden. She encouraged everyone to make the occasion more meaningful by recognizing the sacrifices, strength, and enduring love of all mothers within the institution.
The program also featured parlor games actively participated in by the PDL mothers, bringing joy, laughter, and a sense of camaraderie among the participants. As part of the gift-giving activity, pillowcases were distributed to all 158 PDL, symbolizing care and support for their daily comfort needs.
To further conclude the celebration on a warm and heartfelt note, a special meal consisting of chicken menudo, pancit with rice, and juice was served to all participants. The meals were personally prepared by ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐, adding a personal touch of compassion and dedication to the occasion.
Overall, the activity fostered a spirit of gratitude, unity, and emotional upliftment among the PDL, reinforcing the value of celebrating motherhood and strengthening human connection through simple yet meaningful acts of kindness and service.

๐๐๐๐๐๐, Acting District Jail Warden, was successfully conducted at the Angeles District JailโFemale Dormitory on May 1, 2026, at approximately 9:20 AM. The activity benefited 156 female Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL), who were served warm and nutritious chicken tinola as part of the jailโs continuing welfare and support initiatives.
The program was organized to promote not only the health and well-being of the PDL but also to strengthen compassion, care, and unity within the facility. Through the simple act of sharing a warm meal, the activity created a positive and uplifting atmosphere among the female dormitory residents.
The feeding program reflects the commitment of the jail administration in ensuring the humane treatment and holistic welfare of persons under custody. It also highlights the importance of community-building activities that encourage hope, dignity, and encouragement among the PDL population.

Demonstrating unity and environmental responsibility, personnel of the Angeles District Jail participated in the โBayan Ko, Linis Koโ Clean-Up Drive conducted at Brgy. Anunas, Angeles City, Pampanga, on April 28, 2026, in partnership with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) โ Environmental Management.
At around 5:30 AM, seven (7) personnel led by JO2 Mary Ann S Carpio joined the activity and successfully collected one hundred five (105) sacks of plastics and other waste materials within the area. The initiative reflected the commitment of the participating personnel to environmental preservation, community involvement, and the promotion of a cleaner and healthier surroundings.
