Under Republic Act 10931, or the Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act, the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) serves as a vital financial lifeline for Filipino students in higher education. Designed to alleviate the economic burdens of pursuing a degree, the subsidy directly supports qualified grantees by covering essential academic costs.
By facilitating this financial distribution, CHEDRO-III reaffirms its dedicated partnership with Higher Education Institutions in Tarlac. This collaboration is integral to creating an inclusive academic ecosystem where financial limitations no longer restrict deserving students from completing their studies, securing a degree, and contributing meaningfully to regional and national growth.
