RTWPB Ilocos The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board (RTWPB) Ilocos Region is under the technical and

Policy making body on wages, incomes and productivity, mandated under RA 6727 or the Wage Rationalization Act (1989) and RA 6971 or the Productivity Incentives Act of 1990 to:

1. Determine minimum wages at the regional, provincial and/or
industry levels; and
2. Promote productivity improvement and gainsharing schemes,
particularly among micro, small and medium enterprises.

NCR minimum wage earners, mas mataas na ang inyong sahod simula ngayong araw!

Epektibo ngayong Hulyo 25, 2026, ipinatutupad na ang ₱60 na dagdag sa arawang minimum na sahod, mula ₱695 ay magiging ₱755 na, ayon sa Wage Order No. NCR-27.

May kasunod pang ₱25 na dagdag sa Enero 20, 2027, kaya magiging ₱780 ang arawang minimum na sahod.

Humigit-kumulang 1.1 milyong minimum wage workers sa pribadong sektor sa NCR ang inaasahang makikinabang sa umentong ito.

𝐑𝐓𝐖𝐏𝐁-𝐈 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐌𝐀 𝐂𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐞𝐬

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board – I (RTWPB-I), successfully conducted the “ISTIV Values for Smarter and Productive Workforce” Training held on 17 June 2026, at the Lorma Colleges, San Fernando City, La Union. The training is part of the continuing capacity-building initiatives of Lorma Colleges Inc. for its faculty and staff.

The training was delivered through morning and afternoon sessions to ensure uninterrupted school operations while maximizing employee participation. Ms. Sarah Marie Michelle P. Villamil, Senior Labor and Employment Officer, and Ms. Fredilyn M. Alag, Administrative Assistant, served as the resource persons, facilitating active discussions with the participants.

At the end of the training, Ms. Elizabeth Suriben-Paredes, Director of Personnel and Administration Services of Lorma Colleges Inc., conveyed the institution’s appreciation of the ISTIV Values training.

The Regional Tripartite Wages and Productivity Board-I (RTWPB-I) successfully conducted training sessions entitled “Hired and Inspired: Jumpstarting Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees and Advancing Productivity through Organizational Development” to 18 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) last 10 July 2026.

The session on Hired and Inspired: Jumpstarting Productivity through Effective Onboarding of New Employees was facilitated by Atty. Judi Khenn C. Faustino-Mojica, Atty. IV, who discussed the importance of a strategic onboarding process in helping new employees integrate into the organization, from an outsider to an insider, understand workplace expectations, and become productive members of their respective teams.

Through interactive discussions and practical insights, participants learned strategies for building a positive employee experience from the start of their employment.

Meanwhile, the Organizational Development session was facilitated by Mr. Dino S. Dizon, LEO II, who emphasized the significance of accepting changes, continuous learning, collaboration, and organizational effectiveness.
