As an early gift for the youth of Barangay Namtutan, the Educational Assistance Program was successfully conducted today, December 24, at the Teen Center, made possible through the dedicated efforts and collaboration of the Sangguniang Kabataan Councils.

This initiative aims to support and uplift our young learners by easing their educational needs and encouraging them to continue pursuing their dreams despite challenges. Today’s activity reflects our shared commitment to investing in education and empowering the youth as future leaders of our community.

With gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this program, we remain steadfast in our mission to serve, inspire, and create opportunities for the youth of Barangay Namtutan.

This is a final reminder that the deadline to apply for Educational Assistance is tomorrow, December 23.

Students who wish to receive educational support must ensure that all required documents and application forms are fully submitted until 11 in the morning. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.

If you have not yet applied, please do so immediately to avoid missing this opportunity.

To accommodate more scholars, we are now accepting applicants with a GWA of 85% and above, including those with a line of 7, provided that the overall average is 85%.

📌 WHO CAN APPLY? (Qualifications)

📍 Bonafide resident of Barangay Namtutan,City of San Fernando, La Union

📍 Junior High School, Senior High School, and College students

📍 Junior High School & Senior High School: GPA of 85% and above with NO line of 7 in any subject

📍 College: GPA of 85% and above, with NO line of 7 in any subject

📍 Applicants will undergo screening

📌 REQUIREMENTS

📍 Fully accomplished Application Form with 2x2 picture

📍 Photocopy of Student ID

📍 Photocopy of Report Card / Grades for JHS and SHS, while for college Original copy of grades

• College & SHS: First semester grades

• JHS: First and second quarter grades

📍 Original Copy of Certificate of Enrollment

• College: Second semester enrollment

• JHS & SHS: Proof that you are re officially enrolled

The SK Federation of San Fernando, La Union is inviting all interested youth to join the 3x3 Basketball Tournament happening on July 18–20, 2025, in celebration of Linggo ng Kabataan! 🎉🔥

✅ Who can join?
• Only 4 players per barangay (no more, no less)
• Must be 18 to 30 years old
• Must be a resident of the barangay
• 🚫 NOT allowed: Players who have joined national games or are professional players

📌 What do you need to submit?
✔️ Accomplished registration form
✔️ Endorsement letter from your SK Chairperson
✔️ Voter’s Certificate
✔️ Photocopy of Birth Certificate or Valid I.D.

🗓️ Deadline for submission: June 22, 2025
