Please be informed that the LTFRB Region 3 will be 𝐂𝐋𝐎𝐒𝐄𝐃 on June 15, 2026 (Monday) in observance of Pinatubo Day, pursuant to Proclamation No. 1280, declaring June 15, 2026 a Special (Non-Working) Day in the Province of Pampanga in commemoration of the 35th Anniversary of the Mt. Pinatubo Eruption.

All office transactions, inquiries, and services will resume on the next working day.

We encourage all clients, stakeholders, operators, drivers, and the riding public to schedule their visits and transactions accordingly.

Patuloy na ipinapatupad ng Department of Energy (DOE), katuwang ang Department of Transportation (DOTr), Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), at LandBank of the Philippines, ang ₱10-per-liter Fuel Subsidy Program upang makatulong sa sektor ng pampublikong transportasyon.

Layunin ng programang ito na mabawasan ang epekto ng patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng produktong petrolyo sa ating mga drayber at operator, habang tinitiyak ang tuloy-tuloy at maayos na serbisyo para sa commuting public.

Magsisimula na bukas, May 29, 2026, ang pamamahagi ng Fuel Subsidy checks ng LTFRB Region 3 para sa mga kwalipikadong Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) operators sa buong Central Luzon.

Ang nasabing ayuda ay bahagi ng programa ng pamahalaan upang makatulong sa mga operator na patuloy na naaapektuhan ng sunod-sunod na pagtaas ng presyo ng produktong petrolyo. Layunin nitong mabawasan ang bigat ng gastusin sa operasyon ng pampublikong transportasyon at matulungan ang mga operator na maipagpatuloy ang kanilang serbisyo sa publiko.

Patuloy ang pakikipagtulungan ng LTFRB Region 3 sa iba’t ibang ahensya ng pamahalaan upang maihatid ang agarang tulong at suporta sa sektor ng transportasyon sa gitna ng patuloy na pagtaas ng presyo ng langis.

The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB), under the guidance of DOTr Secretary Giovanni “Banoy” Z. Lopez, has announced the end of the implementation of the Land-Based Service Contracting Program (LBSP).

The program will end at 11:59 p.m. on May 22, which falls on Friday, the last working day for most of the workers for this week, according to LTFRB Chairman Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II.

The LBSP grants 20% fare discount to all regular passengers and a total of 40% discount to students, senior citizens and persons with disability. The program was intended to assist the commuters for a fast and affordable mass transport system.

Despite this development, Chairman Vigor stressed the continuous assistance of the national government, in line with the instruction of President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr. to look after the welfare of those in the transport sector.

The continuous assistance was the P10 per liter discount which is now being implemented nationwide after a successful dry-run in Metro Manila.

A total of 141,724 units of passenger jeepneys and UV Express were already uploaded to the fuel discount subsidy program, which means that these units can already avail of the discount for diesel.

Based on the approved guideline, participating gas stations will be connected to the database of the national government through a mobile app that will list the qualified beneficiaries of the program.

Only PUVs with existing and valid franchises will be included in the database for a 150-liter ceiling every week for each of the PUV units.

Once the license plate was confirmed to be enrolled in the program, the discount will automatically apply which means that the driver will just pay the discounted price per visit to the gas station.

Chairman Vigor said he already instructed all LTFRB Regional Directors to initiate an information drive to inform jeepney and UVF Express drivers about the 4,299 participating gas stations in their respective areas.

Meanwhile, Chairman Vigor said they already advised all their personnel about the end of the program.

“You are directed to inform all onboarded beneficiaries under the LBSCP to cease and discontinue all activities related to the implementation of the program upon the expiration of the aforementioned date and time,” the memorandum from the LTFRB read.

The order covers conduct of QR code and manual scanning; provision of the 20% discount being implemented under the program; and, display, installation, or hanging of official LBSCP tarpaulins, signages, and other promotional or identification materials associated with the program.

Chairman Vigor said he already tasked the LTFRB communications team to step up the information drive about the end of the program to fully inform the public, especially the commuters and beneficiaries of the program. #

Matagumpay na isinagawa ngayong araw ang pamamahagi ng Cash Relief Assistance para sa mga kwalipikadong TNVS drivers sa lalawigan ng Pampanga. Ang aktibidad ay ginanap sa Bren Z. Guiao Convention Center, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, kung saan tinatayang aabot sa 2,257 na drayber ang inaasahang makatatanggap ng ₱5,000 mula sa DSWD.

Ang programang ito ay alinsunod sa direktiba ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., sa pamumuno ni Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Giovanni Z. Lopez, at ni Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) Chairman Atty. Vigor D. Mendoza II, upang matiyak na maiparating nang maayos at maagap ang tulong sa lahat ng kwalipikadong benepisyaryo.

Pinangunahan ng Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office III – Central Luzon, sa pakikipagtulungan ng LTFRB Region 3, Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Pampanga, at mga Transport Network Companies (TNCs), bilang tugon sa patuloy na hamon sa kabuhayan ng mga TNVS drivers sa rehiyon.
Layunin ng nasabing aktibidad na makapagbigay ng agarang tulong pinansyal sa mga benepisyaryo upang makatulong sa kanilang pang-araw-araw na pangangailangan at gastusin sa transportasyon.

Lubos naman ang pasasalamat ng mga TNVS drivers sa tulong at suporta ng pamahalaan para sa sektor ng transportasyon.
