The Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) Region 1 - Environmental, Land Use and Urban Planning and Development Division (ELUPDD) officially received the Approved Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP) of the City of Batac, Ilocos Norte for the planning period 2023–2032.
The documents, which have been ratified through Sangguniang Panlalawigan Resolution No. R2025-0772, serves as the City's official development blueprint for the next decade.

𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗜𝗘𝗩𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗗𝗣 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟴 𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗧𝗦
The submission of the approved plan marks a significant milestone in the region's pursuit of the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2028 target of achieving 100% Risk-Informed Comprehensive Land Use Plans.

𝗔 𝗠𝗜𝗟𝗘𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗙𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗔𝗖
This submission cements the City of Batac's readiness to operationalize their vision. With an approved and legally binding CLUP, the "Home of Great Leaders" is set to implement strategic zoning and infrastructure projects that balance heritage conservation with modern urban growth.
