Promoting social welfare among workers and responsibilities among employers, DOLE Pampanga, thru its Provincial Tripartite Industrial Peace Council (PTIPC) and its Labor Inspectorate, held a webinar that covered five key topics on SSS, PHIC, HDMF, DOLE Online Compliance Portal (OCP), and Family Welfare Program (FWP) via google meet today, June 03, 2026

Dubbed as Partners for Industrial Peace: PTIPC Convergence, Social Protection Partnership, and DOLE ERS Learning Session, the activity was participated by workers and company representatives in the private sector.

On the first part of the activity, a step-by-step discussion on the DOLE Online Compliance Portal was delivered by Labor Inspector (LI) Allen Malit to guide the employers on the proper utilization of the website for reference and submission of reportorial requirements.

Junior Analyst Ms. Rachelle Anne S. Intal of the Social Security System discussed different benefits workers can claim from the agency like sickness, maternity, disability, unemployment, and retirement among others.

Continuing the program, Mr. Ralph M. Bondoc, Social Insurance Assistant I from Philhealth shared various benefits for outpatients, dialysis patients, and the provision of free medicines under the agency’s Yaman ng Kalusugan (YAKAP) Program providing free and accessible healthcare to members.

Completing the mandated social welfare benefits, Mr. Jonel D. Mendiola, Sales and Customer Assistant from Pag-IBIG, lectured about various benefits including savings, home financing, and other available loans for the members to acquire housing.

Senior Labor and Employment Officer Akbar O. Tumale served as the last speaker and guided the attending company representatives on the importance of the existence of Family Welfare Program (FWP) and the International Labor Organization (ILO) Convention No. 190.

DOLE Pampanga OIC Fernando Mallari IV highlighted in his message the efforts of the Field Office in providing timely and relevant education to both workers and employers in the province and recognized the participation of the various sectors including the labor, management, and the government formulating the PTIPC.

Other Labor Inspectors present in the backroom serving as moderator, technical team, and members of the organizing committee were Labor Inspectors Christian Michael G. Siron, Christian B. Puno, Danz Bautista, and Aaron C, Bugarin.

All private establishments are required to register and log-in to the 2025 Annual Establishment Report on Wages (AERW) online portal. The submission is open from May 15 - August 31, 2026. The AERW Report for CY 2025 shall be as of December 2025.
