This activity significantly enhanced the capabilities of the 15 microentrepreneurs under the Wearables Sector.

Please be informed that the Skills Training on Crafting Resin Hair Accessories Using Fossilized Cacao Leaves on March 13, 𝟐𝟎26 (Friday) is 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗘𝗗 on March 18, 𝟮𝟬𝟮6, (Wednesday).

𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐎𝐍: In compliance with the recent Memorandum Circular issued by the President of the Philippines, the Local Government of San Fernando will be transitioning to a 4-day work week schedule.

The Negosyo Center San Fernando in partnership with Municipal Agriculture Office and the Local Government Unit Of San Fernando invites interested individuals to join the "𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐔𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐨 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬.”

This hands-on training aims to address this gap by introducing a value-recovery and product diversification initiative. Through this training, participants will learn how to repurpose leftover fossilized cacao leaves into fashionable resin-based hair accessories. This not only minimizes waste but also transforms by-products into high-value and marketable items.
