The Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Agusan del Sur Chapter proudly shares that its officers, headed by Chapter President Atty. Marceliano Monato, successfully attended the Eastern Mindanao Regional Meeting on March 28-29, 2026, held in Dahilayan, Bukidnon, and actively participated in the Legal Aid Caravan.

This meaningful gathering strengthened camaraderie among IBP chapters across the region and reaffirmed our collective commitment to delivering accessible justice through the Unified Legal Aid Service (ULAS). The Legal Aid Caravan stands as a testament that the legal profession continues to reach and serve communities beyond the courtroom.

Legal Aid On Wheels Continues to Serve—Even on Holidays! ⚖️

The Legal Aid On Wheels program has successfully concluded its outreach at Brgy. Panaytay, Bayugan City, bringing free legal services closer to the community.

This meaningful activity was made possible through the collaborative efforts of the IBP Agusan del Norte Chapter, and IBP-Agusan del Sur Chapter, in partnership with the LGU of Bayugan City and the Father Saturnino Urios University (FSUU) College of Law. Together, we were able to assist residents by providing legal consultation, advice, and guidance right at their doorstep.

Despite the holiday season, our commitment to public service remains unwavering. Legal Aid On Wheels continues to operate—even on holidays—ensuring that access to justice is never put on hold.

The recently concluded LGU of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur – Gov. On-Wheels, in partnership with the IBP Agusan del Sur Chapter, was a meaningful success as we brought Free Legal Aid Services directly to the constituents of Brgy. Karaos, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur.

Through this initiative, we were able to render free legal consultations, notarization of simple documents, and drafting assistance — making legal services more accessible to our community.
