The (DSWD) Satellite Office, in coordination with the Local Government Unit (LGU), through the leadership of MSWDO , successfully joined forces to deliver immediate assistance to the victims of the fire incident in Purok 6, Barangay 2, .
The incident occurred at around 6:30 PM on April 16, 2026. Relief goods, including food and non-food items, were promptly distributed to the affected families. Based on the assessment of the (BFP), the houses involved were declared totally damaged.
In addition, the LGU under the leadership of Mayor Grace Carmel P. Bravo extended financial assistance amounting to PHP 5,000.00 to each affected family.
Through unity and cooperation, we continue to rise above challenges.

The MSWD Office provided assistance to the evacuees in Purok 5, Barangay Buenasuerte, SFADS. A total of 22 families are currently staying in the evacuation center during this second round of distribution. Thank you for your continued cooperation with the local government. God bless everyone.

The MSWD Office continues the distribution of relief goods to BRGY Buenasuerte to families affected by the shear line weather. Eight (8) families have already received assistance after evacuating to their barangay evacuation center. At present, the affected families remain in the evacuation center due to the flooding.

The MSWD of San Francisco, Agusan del Sur continues its relief assistance for residents of Barangay Santa Ana affected by the shear line weather.
A total of 101 families were affected and evacuated to the evacuation center, and the distribution of assistance was successfully carried out.

The MSWD Office continues to provide assistance to those affected by the flooding in Barangay Tagapua, especially to families who evacuated during the shear line weather. A total of 57 families were safely evacuated.

Our Barangay officials also ensured the safety of everyone, particularly the children. The distribution of assistance to the residents of Brgy. Tagapua, San Francisco, Agusan del Sur was successfully carried out.
