‎On 06 December 2025, the St. Francis Xavier College (SFXC) ROTC Unit, in collaboration with the Philippine Nomal University of Mindanao (PNUM) ROTC Unit under the supervision of 1502 Community Defense Center, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA participated in the Nationwide Simultaneous Health and Wellness Fair with the theme "𝑩𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒏𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒏 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒂 𝒔𝒂 𝑲𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒖𝒈𝒂𝒏" at the Brgy Patin-ay covered court, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

‎This event was made possible in partnership with 1st Civil Military Operation "MAGKAHIUSA" Company, 4th CMOBn, CMOR, PA; Philippine Red Cross, Provincial Health Office, Municipal Health Office-Prosperidad, 1502 Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion, Agusan del Sur Police Provincial Dental Office (PNP), and Bureau of Fire Protection Agusan del Sur (BFP), and other government agencies.

‎The activity aimed to promote public health and wellness, offering a range of services to the local community, soldiers, reservists, members of the Citizen Armed Force Geographical Unit (CAFGU), and their dependents. Services included free haircuts, pedicures, blood donation drives, medical and dental check-ups, and distribution of essential medicines. Educational sessions on Fire Safety Awareness were also conducted.

‎The event was graced by the presence of BGEN JONATHAN G PONCE PA (RET) as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, who emphasized the importance of such initiatives and their impact on the welfare of the local community and the member of the Armed Forces of the Philippines. He also commended the efforts of the Philippine Army and partner agencies for making the event a success.

‎The event's success was attributed to the guidance and supervision of MAJ JEROME G WACLIN (INF) PA, Director of 1502 CDC, 15RCDG, RESCOM, PA. Attendees included SSg Alger H Domingo (MI) PA, Cpl Marvin Jhon C Capulos (Inf) PA, Sgt Aljame Paul Guiang PA (Res), and ROTC cadet officers of SFXC ROTC Unit.

‎On 23 November 2025, the St. Francis Xavier College ROTC Officers had the privilege of serving with purpose during the "TAKBO PARA SA BATA 2025" Fun Run held at the Naliyagan Festival Center in Patinay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur. They assisted in the distribution of food to the participants. This initiative was made possible through the leadership and guidance of the 1502nd Community Defense Center, under the direction of MAJ JEROME G WACLIN (INF) PA, Officer-in-Charge. What started as a fun run turned into a meaningful occasion of unity, service, and camaraderie.

‎On 22 November 2025, the St Francis ‎Xavier College ROTC Unit, under the leadership of MAJ GILBERT O GA PA (RES), Commandant of SFXCROTC Unit, along with TSg Marvin I Oliveros (Inf) PA, SSg Alger H Domingo (MI) PA and Cpl Marvin Jhon C Capulos (Inf) PA, Tactical NCO successfully conducted the Opening Ceremony of the Cadet Officer Qualifying Course (COQC) Academic Year 2025 at Headquarters 1502 CDC, Gov't Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur.

‎This momentous occasion marked the beginning of an exciting and challenging journey for the cadet aspirants. As they step into the rigorous training ahead, they are poised to embrace the discipline, leadership, and resilience necessary to become future ROTC Advance Officers.
‎The course will push their limits, build their character, and forge them into leaders of integrity and excellence.
‎The commencement of Cadet Officer Qualifying Course serves as a reminder that leadership is not granted, but earned. It is through hard work, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment that these future officers will rise to meet the demands of service and inspire others through their example.
‎As we celebrate the dedication and perseverance of the cadet aspirants, we honor their courage and determination, and we wish them success as they embark on this path of transformation. ‎Cash Incentives and Subsistence Allowances are some of the benefits of being an Advance ROTC Officer. The SFXCROTCU proudly announces the recognition of its exceptional cadet officers for their academic excellence and leadership. This October 2025, three (3) Advance ROTC cadets were awarded with cash incentives under the Philippine Army Advanced ROTC Cadets Incentives (PAARCI) Program, a prestigious initiative recognizing the dedication of cadets who show outstanding academic performance and leadership potential.

‎Additionally, on 31 October 2025, fourteen (14) Advanced ROTC cadet officers and fifteen (15) Graduate Military Assistants (GMA) received subsistence allowances (SA) for the 1st semester A.Y 2024-2025 from the Reserve Command, Philippine Army. This allowance helps cover essential needs such as food,transportation and other needs supporting cadets as they continue their military training.

‎We extend our sincere gratitude to the 1502 Community Defense Center (CDC), 15th Regional Community Defense Group(RCDG), Reserve Command (RESCOM), Philippine Army (PA) for the continuous support.

‎On 25 October 2025, St. Francis Xavier College Reserve Officers' Training Corps Unit (SFXCROTCU) conducted its ROTC Formation for the 1st semester of the A.Y 2025-2026. This event was an important training day for the ROTC students, focusing on military discipline, skills, and teamwork and assessment of their learning.

‎The formation started at 0700H with an attendance check to make sure all cadets were accounted for and giving merit and demerit points. After that, the cadets then proceeded in field Training including Manual of Arms and Pass-in-review, where they practiced proper handling and movement of their rifles, to develop their coordination, to follow the command, and to move as one.
‎
‎At exactly 1100H,the students took their Final Examination. This test evaluated their knowledge, skills and learning from the discussions and trainings of the entire semester. The afternoon session began at 1300H with another round of Field Training focusing on Drills. This allowed students to practice more and show how much they had improved during the day. The cadets were dismissed at 1700H.

‎The formation's success was attributed to the relentless efforts of the Graduate Military Assistants (GMA), 2CL and 1CL officers, and Battalion Staff led by C/LTC NICKO JHON S VANGUARDIA 1CL ROTC, Corps Commander. By the support and guidance of Cpl Marvin Jhon C Capulos (Inf) PA, Tactical NCO, and Christian E Marimon, MSCJ, ROTC Coordinator; under the supervision of MAJ GILBERT O GA PA (RES), Commandant.
