If a totally displaced beneficiary finds a full time employment while still in the program, he/she will receive an INCENTIVE EQUIVALENT TO HALF OF THE TOTAL REMAINING FUND AMOUNT OF HIS/HER COVERAGE.

All beneficiaries who completed the program shall then receive a NOTICE OF COMPLETION and must submit an accomplished Final Beneficiary Assessment Form.
