With the approval of the University President, the following is the schedule for clearance signing.

𝟏𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝟑𝐫𝐝 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 May 25 - June 3 (Student Center)
𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 June 1 - June 5 (Alumni Office)

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞:
☑ A USC Portal account is required before clearance signing. Those who have not yet created an account are advised to sign up in advance. You may ask for assistance during clearance signing. USC officers will be available to help in case of any technical issues.
☑ Per BASC Alumni Association, you will need to pay your aslumni membership fee of 300 pesos, ID will be processed, and clearance will be signed.
☑ Requiring any materials or community service as a condition for clearance signing is prohibited, except for students with disciplinary cases. This also applies to Local Student Councils.

Opportunities opened their doors at the BASC Multi-Purpose Gym this May 22, 2026, as different agencies and organizations gathered to guide and assist aspiring first-time job seekers in taking their first step toward a brighter future.

Through the 𝙏𝙞𝙘𝙠𝙚𝙩 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙪𝙘𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨: 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙮, 𝙎𝙚𝙩, 𝙂𝙤 𝙂𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙤𝙬𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙨 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚𝙚𝙧 𝙍𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙨𝙨 initiative, students experienced career consultations, employment assistance, and valuable insights from participating agencies dedicated to helping young professionals prepare for the world of work.

From building confidence to discovering career opportunities, the event became a meaningful bridge between education and employment empowering every BASCian to move one step closer to success.

Officially announces the conduct of the Second Semester Special Auditing Session on May 20–21, 2026 at the USC Conference Room, pursuant to Senate Memorandum No. 2026-07 and Senate Resolution No. 2025-09.

All concerned student organizations and local student councils, especially auditors, treasurers, financial affairs secretaries, and executive secretaries, are encouraged to participate and comply with the required submission of documents to ensure transparency, accountability, and responsible student governance.
