Your hard work in cleaning, repairing, and preparing our campus ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our learners.

Second, we would like to thank the parents and guardians who came to the campus today, June 5, for the final day of enrollment. We highly appreciate your cooperation in processing your children's requirements, completing confirmation slips, and participating in the nutritional baseline assessments.

Silvestre Elementary School proudly shares a significant milestone as we receive a Certificate of Recognition from the Department of Education, Schools Division of Iloilo.

Our school was commended for its exemplary performance on 100% and timely submission of liquidation reports, demonstrating responsible and efficient management of school MOOE for the 1st Quarter of CY 2026.

The award was personally received by our School Head, Mr. Andres S. Sarabia, Head Teacher I, today, June 5, 2026, during the Division Management Committee Meeting for Public Elementary and Integrated School Heads held at the Grand Xing Imperial Hotel, Iloilo City, Philippines.

This honor reflects our unwavering commitment to transparency, accountability, and excellence in financial management. We extend our deepest gratitude to the entire Silvestre Elementary School teaching staff and stakeholders whose hard work and support make achievements like this possible.

The true spirit of Bayanihan lives within us when we are united in our endeavors. This was clearly demonstrated today as our community came together with a shared purpose for Brigada Eskwela 2026.

We express our deepest gratitude to our dedicated parents, barangay officials, and community stakeholders for showing up today to improve our school facilities. Volunteers worked hand-in-hand to fill the plant boxes in front of the school gate with soil and thoroughly clean the campus surroundings to ensure a welcoming environment for our learners.

We would also like to give a special acknowledgment to our male parents and fathers. Through their collective strength and hard work, we successfully transferred the waiting area facility from the front gate to its new location inside the school grounds. Thank you for doing the heavy lifting for the safety and comfort of our community.

Please be informed that tomorrow, June 5, 2026 (Friday), is the official final day of the enrollment period for Kindergarten to Grade 6 at Silvestre Elementary School for School Year 2026–2027.

Our Oplan Balik Eskwela Public Assistance Desk (OBE PAD) will remain fully operational from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to process the requirements, facilitate regular registrations, and conduct baseline nutritional assessments.

We strongly urge parents and guardians who have not yet registered their children to visit the campus tomorrow. Kindly ensure that all necessary documents, including signed Report Cards, Confirmation Slips, or ECCD Checklists, are complete to avoid delays.

The event featured a series of enjoyable reading activities and interactive games for the learners, with several parents actively participating alongside their children. Today officially marks the beginning of our enrollment period for School Year 2026-2027! The Silvestre Elementary School campus is buzzing with excitement as eager parents and guardians arrive to secure the academic future of their children.

As part of our Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) initiative, our safely designated OBE Public Assistance Desk (PAD) is fully operational. Our dedicated school personnel are actively assisting parents as they smoothly fill out enrollment forms, verify requirements like Confirmation Slips and ECCD Checklists, and finalize registrations.

🛡️ Health & Wellness Check:

To ensure our learners' well-being right from the start, nutritional baseline assessments (taking and recording of height and weight) are also being conducted upon enrollment. This helps us monitor and support the health of our students as they enter the new school year.

Today officially marked the grand commencement of Brigada Eskwela 2026 at Silvestre Elementary School! The morning energy was unmatched as our dedicated teachers, enthusiastic learners, proud parents, barangay officials, and community stakeholders gathered early to kick off our annual National Schools Maintenance Week.

The day began with a vibrant school parade around the community, showcasing our unified commitment to education. This was immediately followed by a short but meaningful program at the campus, featuring inspiring messages of support and solidarity from our key community stakeholders.

A major highlight of the program was the collective Signing of the Pledge of Commitment, where everyone solemnly vowed to dedicate their time, skills, and resources for the welfare of our learners.

With the formalities concluded, the true spirit of Bayanihan came alive! Volunteers immediately rolled up their sleeves and picked up their brooms to begin cleaning, clearing, and beautifying the school surroundings.
