The City of San Jose del Monte Youth Development Council successfully conducted its 1st Quarter Meeting last March 14, 2026 (Saturday), at the CYSDO Meeting Room, City Athletic and Recreational Center, Barangay Sapang Palay Proper, with the following agenda:

a. Crafting of the Local Youth Development Plan (LYDP): LYDP Writeshop Outputs
b. Re-endorsement of Youth Parliament 2025 Resolutions and Ordinances
c. Status of Youth Organization / Youth-Serving Organizations
d. Other Matters.

This was attended by numerous council members and other accredited youth organizations within the city to discuss important matters relevant to championing the welfare of the youth in the city.

As part of the Linggo ng Kabataan 2024, we are inviting all the San Joseño youth to submit an application to the 𝟏𝐒𝐓 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐇 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐎𝐅 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐎𝐅 𝐒𝐀𝐍 𝐉𝐎𝐒𝐄 𝐃𝐄𝐋 𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐓𝐄 on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟓-𝟏𝟔, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒, at the 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐠𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐨𝐝 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥, 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐃𝐮𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧.

𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is a two-day event wherein delegates will participate in a local legislative simulation, acting as members of the Sangguniang Panlungsod. This provides the opportunity to engage in rational, logical, and timely discussions of youth issues.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐚𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐍𝐨. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐-𝟏𝟎𝟓-𝟎𝟓, 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐𝟓):
1. He/she must be a bona fide resident of the City of San Jose del Monte for not less than six (6) months prior to the submission of applications;
2. He/she must be fifteen (15) years old but not more than thirty (30) years old;
3. He/she must not be an alumni/alumna of the Youth Parliament;
4. He/she must be of good moral character, as duly certified by the school head or the Punong Barangay as the case may be; and
5. He/she must accomplish the application form and submit the same together with other documentary requirements as prescribed by the organizing committee.

𝐀𝐝𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥:
6. Must be willing to finish a 2-day youth parliament;
7. Willing to volunteer his/her time, expertise and talents in the service of the youth through the LYDO and LYDC initiatives.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
- Valid Identification Card addressed in CSJDM, Bulacan (Barangay, National, or School ID)
- Birth Certificate
- Barangay Clearance
- Endorsement Letter (School Principal/Head or Barangay Chairperson)
