📋 Step-by-Step Application:
Step 1: Qualification Check
Siguraduhing pasok ang inyong academic standing:
• Senior High School: GWA na hindi bababa sa 80%.
• College: GWA na hindi bababa sa 2.75 (at walang failing grades).
• Dapat ay isang Bonafide Resident ng Barangay Ciudad Real at kasalukuyang enrolled sa SHS o Kolehiyo.

Step 2: Registration for Exam
Maaari kayong mag-register sa dalawang paraan:
• Online: Sagutan ang form sa link na ito: https://forms.gle/pc3AoXi5Dri8dnaZ6
• Walk-in: Pumunta sa Barangay Ciudad Real Dropbox Area. Mag-fill out ng form at i-drop ito kasama ang Photocopy ng iyong Valid/School ID (na may address).
Mula April 1-15 lamang kami tatanggap ng mga aplikante para sa iSKolar.

Gabay para sa mga nagnanais mag-walk in:
1. Lokasyon ng Dropbox
• Ang ating official dropbox ay matatagpuan sa Front Desk sa harap mismo ng Barangay Ciudad Real Hall. Dito rin makukuha ang mga Printed Application Forms.
2. Ihanda ang Valid ID
• Siguraduhing may dala kayong Photocopy ng inyong Valid/School ID (na may address ng Brgy. Ciudad Real).
3. I-secure ang Inyong Dokumento
• Gumamit ng paperclip na makikita rin sa gilid ng dropbox (nakadikit ang lagayan ng paperclip kasama ng mga application forms sa gilid ng dropbox).
• I-clip nang maigi ang inyong photocopy ng ID sa likod ng inyong application form.
4. Itiklop at Ihulog (Fold & Drop)
• Matapos ma-secure ang ID at form gamit ang paperclip, mangyaring itiklop ng pa-crosswise (fold crosswise) nang maayos ang papel bago ito ihulog sa ating official dropbox.

⚠️ PAALALA: Siguraduhin na malinaw at kumpleto ang lahat ng impormasyong ilalagay. Ang mga kulang na requirements ay hindi mapoproseso para sa darating na exam.

Step 3: Exam Schedule & Preparation
Markahan ang inyong mga kalendaryo: 🗓️ April 18 & 19, 2026
Magsisimula ng 2:00 PM
• Paalala: Walang special exams na ibibigay. Ang mga hindi makakarating sa itinakdang petsa ay awtomatikong mawawalan ng slot.

Step 4 & 5: Results & Final Process Ang listahan ng mga papasa ay i-popost sa Official FB Page ng SK - Brgy. Ciudad Real. Maaari rin kayong makatanggap ng notification via Email o SMS. Ang mga mapipiling beneficiaries ay isasailalim sa Document Verification.

📂 MGA KAKAILANGANING DOKUMENTO (Kapag nakapasa sa exam)
- Grades mula sa nakaraang semester.
- Photocopy ng Birth Certificate.
- Original Registration Form (COR) o Proof of Enrollment para sa kasalukuyang school year.
- Dalawang (2) piraso ng 2x2 ID picture.
