• Donors & Stakeholders na nais magbigay ng tulong/suporta sa paaralan – p**i fill up po ng form bago ang donation o serbisyo, at ito ay pipirmahan sa itinakdang petsa ng donation o serbisyo.
• Visitors/Clients – p**i fill up ng form pagkatapos ng inyong transaction o pagbisita sa paaralan.
• Ang school administration ay bukas at handang tumanggap ng inyong tulong, p**ikipag ugnayan, at anumang concern. Ang inyong kabutihan at malasakit ay tunay na nagbibigay sigla sa ating paaralan at sa tagumpay ng ating mga programa.
