Earlier today, 10 personnel from the San Jose del Monte City Jail Female Dormitory under the leadership of ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐, City Jail Warden actively joined ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ช๐ญ๐ช ๐๐ผ๐ด๐๐ฎ๐ต๐ช 2026 at Francisco Homes Elementary School and Bagong Buhay B Integrated School in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.
This activity shows the ๐๐พ๐ป๐ฎ๐ช๐พ ๐ธ๐ฏ ๐๐ช๐ฒ๐ต ๐๐ช๐ท๐ช๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฎ๐ท๐ฝ ๐ช๐ท๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ท๐ธ๐ต๐ธ๐ฐ๐'s commitment to community engagement and nation-building through volunteerism and public service.

๐ฟโจ Seminar-Workshop on Shampoo Bar Making โจ๐ฟ
The Technological University of the Philippines - College of Science successfully conducted a ๐ข๐ฎ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ท๐ช๐ป-๐ฆ๐ธ๐ป๐ด๐ผ๐ฑ๐ธ๐น ๐ธ๐ท ๐ข๐ฑ๐ช๐ถ๐น๐ธ๐ธ ๐๐ช๐ป ๐๐ช๐ด๐ฒ๐ท๐ฐ led by ๐๐ฌ. ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ณ๐๐๐๐ญ๐ก ๐๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ together with four (4) esteemed professors from the College of Science.
Six (6) personnel of San Jose del Monte City Jail Female Dormitory gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in creating eco-friendly and sustainable shampoo bars, promoting innovation, practical skills, and environmental awareness. ๐ฑ๐งผ

Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The activity was conducted with solemnity and discipline, highlighting patriotism, unity, and commitment to public service among personnel.

Today, we proudly express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the DOLE's Emergency Employment Program for opening doors of opportunity for our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).
Through this meaningful initiative, our PDL have the opportunity to work, earn, and be productive even within the facility. Restoring hope, dignity, and purpose as they prepare for reintegration into society.
We sincerely thank PESO Manager Mr. Perfecto Jamie L Tagalog and his dedicated team for leading this program and for their unwavering commitment to empowering lives through livelihood opportunities and community support.

We also congratulate JO2 Christhel Jam V Carian for being recognized as Best TC Implementer โ Type C, and our Jail unit, San Jose Del Monte City Jail โ Female Dormitory, for being awarded as the Top 1 Category C Implementer of the (PAHP) Program.

At 0630H, dedicated personnel from SJDMCJ-FD conducted a waterways clean-up drive in Barangay Dulong Bayan, working together to promote a cleaner, healthier community. Their effort reflects a strong commitment to public service beyond our facilities.
At 0745H, personnel continued by cleaning the jail and its surroundings, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and persons deprived of liberty.
These activities highlight the BJMPโs ongoing mission to serve not only through custody and safekeeping but also through community involvement and environmental responsibility.๐ฟ

Four (4) learners, composed of two (2) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and two (2) released PDL, successfully graduated today from the Senior High School under the Alternative Learning System (ALS), marking a significant step in their journey toward personal growth, reintegration, and empowerment. ๐
The graduation ceremony highlighted the Bureauโs continuing commitment to rehabilitation through education, equipping PDL and former PDL with the knowledge and skills necessary to rebuild their lives and become productive members of society.
The activity was conducted under the supervision of JCISNP CECILIA M TAMAYO, City Jail Warden. Present during the event was JSINSP JULIUS A ALCARAZ, Officer-in-Charge of the Welfare and Development Division, who represented Regional Director JCSUPT PAULINO H MORENO. Also in attendance were Provincial Administrator JSUPT LORD ROGELIO V MONTERO and Colegio De San Martin President Christopher Lemneo A Soriano, whose institution remains a vital partner in delivering quality education through the ALS program.
The successful completion of the program by the graduates reflects not only their perseverance and dedication, but also the collaborative efforts of partner agencies and stakeholders in promoting restorative justice and inclusive education.
This milestone reinforces the importance of providing opportunities for learning and transformation. Proving that education remains a powerful tool for change, regardless of circumstance. โจ
