Earlier today, 10 personnel from the San Jose del Monte City Jail Female Dormitory under the leadership of 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐌 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎, City Jail Warden actively joined 𝓑𝓻𝓲𝓰𝓪𝓭𝓪 𝓔𝓼𝓴𝔀𝓮𝓵𝓪 2026 at Francisco Homes Elementary School and Bagong Buhay B Integrated School in the City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

This activity shows the 𝓑𝓾𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓾 𝓸𝓯 𝓙𝓪𝓲𝓵 𝓜𝓪𝓷𝓪𝓰𝓮𝓶𝓮𝓷𝓽 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓟𝓮𝓷𝓸𝓵𝓸𝓰𝔂's commitment to community engagement and nation-building through volunteerism and public service.

🌿✨ Seminar-Workshop on Shampoo Bar Making ✨🌿

The Technological University of the Philippines - College of Science successfully conducted a 𝓢𝓮𝓶𝓲𝓷𝓪𝓻-𝓦𝓸𝓻𝓴𝓼𝓱𝓸𝓹 𝓸𝓷 𝓢𝓱𝓪𝓶𝓹𝓸𝓸 𝓑𝓪𝓻 𝓜𝓪𝓴𝓲𝓷𝓰 led by 𝐌𝐬. 𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐡 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐚 together with four (4) esteemed professors from the College of Science.

Six (6) personnel of San Jose del Monte City Jail Female Dormitory gained valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in creating eco-friendly and sustainable shampoo bars, promoting innovation, practical skills, and environmental awareness. 🌱🧼

Today, San Jose del Monte City Jail Male and Female Dormitory spearheaded by City Jail Wardens, 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐑 𝐁 𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐋 and 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐌 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎 are grateful and honored to witness the outreach program conducted by the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) led by 𝓓𝓲𝓻. 𝓘𝓶𝓮𝓵𝓭𝓪 𝓐. 𝓟𝓪𝓹𝓲𝓷, Acting Member of the Board of Directors of PCSO, for the Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

On May 21, 2026, 12 personnel of San Jose del Monte City Jail Female Dormitory led by SJO3 Ela D Manacho, Acting Assistant CIty Jail Warden hosted the 𝓕𝓵𝓪𝓰 𝓡𝓮𝓽𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓽 𝓒𝓮𝓻𝓮𝓶𝓸𝓷𝔂 held at New Government Center, Brgy. Dulong Bayan, City of San Jose del Monte, Bulacan. The activity was conducted with solemnity and discipline, highlighting patriotism, unity, and commitment to public service among personnel.

Today, we proudly express our heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the DOLE's Emergency Employment Program for opening doors of opportunity for our Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL).

Through this meaningful initiative, our PDL have the opportunity to work, earn, and be productive even within the facility. Restoring hope, dignity, and purpose as they prepare for reintegration into society.

We sincerely thank PESO Manager Mr. Perfecto Jamie L Tagalog and his dedicated team for leading this program and for their unwavering commitment to empowering lives through livelihood opportunities and community support.

We also extend our deepest appreciation to our City Jail Wardens, 𝙅𝘾𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝘾𝙀𝘾𝙄𝙇𝙄𝘼 𝙈 𝙏𝘼𝙈𝘼𝙔𝙊 and 𝙅𝘾𝙄𝙉𝙎𝙋 𝘾𝙃𝙀𝙍𝙄𝙁𝙀𝙍 𝘽 𝘼𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙏𝙊𝙇, whose steadfast leadership and genuine concern continue to prioritize the welfare, rehabilitation, and well-being of every PDL under their care. 💖

𝓣𝓻𝓪𝓳𝓪𝓷𝓸, for successfully conducting a Dental Mission dedicated to promoting oral health and bringing smiles to the Persons Deprived of Liberty of both Male and Female Dormitory of San Jose del Monte City Jail spearheaded by dedicated City Jail Wardens, 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐅𝐄𝐑 𝐁 𝐀𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐋 and 𝐉𝐂𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐏 𝐂𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐀 𝐌 𝐓𝐀𝐌𝐀𝐘𝐎 represented by 𝐒𝐉𝐎𝟑 𝐄𝐥𝐚 𝐃 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐨.

Our warmest congratulations to 𝗝𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗦𝗣 𝗖𝗘𝗖𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗔 𝗠. 𝗧𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗬𝗢, City Jail warden, recognized as one of the Top 5 Best Female Dormitory Wardens of the Quarter.

We also congratulate JO2 Christhel Jam V Carian for being recognized as Best TC Implementer – Type C, and our Jail unit, San Jose Del Monte City Jail – Female Dormitory, for being awarded as the Top 1 Category C Implementer of the (PAHP) Program.

May these accomplishments continue to inspire us to work together, serve with compassion, and strive for excellence in everything we do.

At 0630H, dedicated personnel from SJDMCJ-FD conducted a waterways clean-up drive in Barangay Dulong Bayan, working together to promote a cleaner, healthier community. Their effort reflects a strong commitment to public service beyond our facilities.

At 0745H, personnel continued by cleaning the jail and its surroundings, ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for staff and persons deprived of liberty.

These activities highlight the BJMP’s ongoing mission to serve not only through custody and safekeeping but also through community involvement and environmental responsibility.🌿

Four (4) learners, composed of two (2) Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDL) and two (2) released PDL, successfully graduated today from the Senior High School under the Alternative Learning System (ALS), marking a significant step in their journey toward personal growth, reintegration, and empowerment. 🎓

The graduation ceremony highlighted the Bureau’s continuing commitment to rehabilitation through education, equipping PDL and former PDL with the knowledge and skills necessary to rebuild their lives and become productive members of society.

The activity was conducted under the supervision of JCISNP CECILIA M TAMAYO, City Jail Warden. Present during the event was JSINSP JULIUS A ALCARAZ, Officer-in-Charge of the Welfare and Development Division, who represented Regional Director JCSUPT PAULINO H MORENO. Also in attendance were Provincial Administrator JSUPT LORD ROGELIO V MONTERO and Colegio De San Martin President Christopher Lemneo A Soriano, whose institution remains a vital partner in delivering quality education through the ALS program.

The successful completion of the program by the graduates reflects not only their perseverance and dedication, but also the collaborative efforts of partner agencies and stakeholders in promoting restorative justice and inclusive education.

This milestone reinforces the importance of providing opportunities for learning and transformation. Proving that education remains a powerful tool for change, regardless of circumstance. ✨
