Yes po! We're opening to all qualified Kabataang San Manuel to become iSKolars for this upcoming semester of SY 2026-2027.

Make sure that you are qualified for the SK Educational Assistance Program and accomplish all the requirements.

Submission of requirements will be on June 14, 2026.

The 2026 SK Interphase Basketball is on.

So, we are calling the team captains and players of different phases here in Barangay San Manuel to ready the following requirements:
✅Team Gallery
✅Pledge of Commitment
✅Waiver
✅SKLoud Registered
✅PHP 100 Bond per Player (To be returned if no personal or team penalties committed)
✅Bona Fide Resident of Brgy. San Manuel
✅15 to 30 years old (at least 2 players of age 15-17 years old)

🗓️Date of submission is on June 14, 2026.

📝In addition, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. San Manuel is open for sponsorships.

Here is the POST-EVENT REPORT for the recently concluded TSM Mobile Legends Tournament Season 4 LAST MAY 1, 2026.

The tournament saw 65 teams with 300+ players participated. These youths were from and outside of City of San Jose Del Monte, Bulacan. The tournament was also broadcasted live in our page with over 2,000+ views as per Meta.

The prize pool was comprised of PHP 40,000 and 50,000 Diamonds and divided among 8 winning teams (4 teams from Bracket A and B) + winners of mini-games.

KINDLY NOTE THAT THE PRIZE POOL IS PURELY SPONSORED BY MOONTON AND NO SK FUNDS WERE USED.

Second, for our mini-program, Free HIV and Syphilis Testing, the City Health tested 51 youth participants. In addition, 300 condoms were provided freely.

We would like give our wholehearted gratitude to Moonton, City Health Office, SHIP, City of San Jose Del Monte Primary HIV Clinic, and to our partner, the members of Sangguniang Kabataan of Brgy. Tungkong Mangga, for a successful event.

The Sangguniang Kabataan donated flood lights to the following Homeowners Association within Barangay San Manuel:
- Phase 1
- Phase 1A
- Phase 1B
- Phase V
- Phase VI
- Diamond Crest Village
- Rosanna Heights Subdivision
- Marcela 5 Village
- San Jose Homes Subdivision

These flood lights will be used for illumination of public spaces such as basketball courts.

The Sangguniang Kabataan is committed to provide accessibility and safety to Kabataang San Manuel in using public spaces.

LOOK!

Let's Engr. Emmanuel Kenneth Bernas, SK Chairperson of San Manuel and National Chairperson of the Model SK Network for passing the licensing examination for Amateur Radio Operator Class B successfully.

With this achievement, our SK Chairperson is now authorized to operate:
- HF (High Frequency) stations (fixed) with up to 500W RF power on CW and 1 kW PEP on SSBSC
- VHF/UHF stations in fixed, mobile, or portable configurations using state-of-the-art equipment

This milestone strengthens communication capabilities essential for emergency response, disaster preparedness, and advancing initiatives such as perpetual satellite communication systems—a critical component in ensuring resilient and reliable connectivity for communities.

May this achievement inspire other Kabataang San Manuel in pursuing excellence.

The prize pool for the upcoming TSM Season 4 Mobile Legends Tournament can be up to PHP 40,000 plus 50,000 Diamonds. This will be based on the registered teams on the actual day of the tournament.
