𝐚𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝟎𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝐏𝐌 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝐎𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟏𝟗, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓
In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Nr. 19 issued by PAGASA as of 05:00 PM, October 19, 2025 This station is 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 of all vessels/watercrafts plying the route within the area of responsibility of 𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐨 𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐥𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝, due to hoisting of 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐲𝐜𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐞 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐚𝐥 (𝐓𝐂𝐖𝐒) 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦 "𝐑𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋" and the possible effect of inclement of weather in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessels during Heavy Weather dated 23 March 2023.
Moreover, voyages may be allowed in the Main Supply Routes and Special Area: under the condition set forth by the NHQ-PCG MC 02-23, as verified this station, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigila monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather sturbance. Voyage of vessel will resume until further notice and upon improvemen f weather and sea condition.
Furthermore, vessels which intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as it i nanifested through a written request and no passenger/cargo will be allowed or board.

In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Nr. 7 issued by PAGASA as of 05:00 AM, September 25, 2025 This station is 𝑻𝒆𝒎𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒂𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒚 𝑺𝒖𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒏𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑽𝒐𝒚𝒂𝒈𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒍 𝒗𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒔/𝒘𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒄𝒓𝒂𝒇𝒕𝒔 plying the route within the area of responsibility of Occidental Mindoro including 𝑳𝒖𝒃𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒔𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒔 due to hoisting of 𝑻𝒓𝒐𝒑𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑪𝒚𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒆 𝑾𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒊𝒈𝒏𝒂𝒍 (𝑻𝑪𝑾𝑺) 𝑵𝒐. 1 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒚𝒑𝒉𝒐𝒐𝒏 " 𝑶𝑷𝑶𝑵𝑮" and the possible effect of inclement of weather in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled "Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessels during Heavy Weather" dated 23 March 2023.
