Please be advised that the LRA Central Office and Registries of Deeds nationwide will be CLOSED tomorrow, 09 April 2025, in commemoration of the Day of Valor or Araw ng Kagitingan in accordance with Proclamation No. 727.

Due to the raising of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in most areas of Luzon in view of the persistent intense rainfall and strong winds brought about by Severe Tropical Storm “Kristine,” to further aid in the rescue, relief, and recovery efforts of the government, and upon the recommendation of the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, work in government offices and classes at all levels in Luzon are hereby suspended on 25 October 2024.

​Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, preparedness/response to disasters and calamities, and/or the performance of other vital services are hereby directed to continue their operations and render the necessary services.

The localized cancellation or suspension of classes and/or work in government offices in other areas may be implemented by their respective Local Chief Executives, pursuant to relevant laws, rules and regulations.

​The suspension of work for private companies and offices is left to the discretion of their respective heads.

1. File an Affidavit of Loss with the concerned Registry of Deeds for Annotation
2. Secure a CTC of Title where the Affidavit of Loss is already annotated. You may request this online via LRA eSerbisyo at http://eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph/ and have it delivered door-to-door or at any Registry of Deeds
3. File a “Petition for Re-issuance of ODT” (Sec. 109 of PD 1529)
4. Await for the resolution of the Court on the Petition, and secure CTC of Court Order and Certificate of Finality
5. Proceed to the RD and submit the CTC of the Court Order and Certificate of Finality
