The Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Abar 2nd proudly recognizes our 2 SK Kagawad Larren Catalan and Francis John Milad for participating 3-day seminar held at Puerto de San Juan, La Union.

This meaningful learning experience served as an opportunity to enhance leadership skills, strengthen commitment to youth development, and embrace the importance of responsible transition in public service. Through continuous learning and collaboration, our SK officials are better equipped to lead with purpose, serve with integrity, and create meaningful opportunities for the youth.

May the knowledge and insights gained from this seminar inspire more impactful programs, stronger leadership, and a brighter future for the youth of Barangay Abar 2nd.
