1. Natural-born Filipino Citizen;
2. Must be 18 to 22 years old before May 1, 2027;
3. At least a Senior High School (SHS) graduate with General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% or higher;
4. Single and has never been married nor pregnant (for females) nor has a legal obligation to support a child or children;
5. Minimum barefoot height of 5’2” for males and 5’0”for females;
6. Must have normal BMI corresponding to age, height, weight, and gender;
7. Physically and mentally fit to undergo rigorous training;
8. With good moral character (must not have been convicted of any criminal, administrative, or civil case);
9. No pending complaint and/or case involving moral turpitude or crimes against the state;
10. Must not be a former cadet of the PNPA or other service academies; and
11. Never been dismissed from any private employment or government position for cause.

🐶🐱 ANTI-RABIES VACCINATION DRIVE 2026 💉

Today, the Barangay MiNORO successfully conducted a House-to-House Anti-Rabies Vaccination for our beloved dogs and cats.

We sincerely thank all pet owners who participated and cooperated with our vaccination team. Through this activity, we continue to promote responsible pet ownership and help protect our community from rabies.

Together, let us keep Barangay MiNORO safe, healthy, and rabies-free!

Today, the MiNORO Women’s Organization proudly participated in the KADIWA held in the Municipality of San Jose. 💚🌾

This activity was made possible through the support and coordination of MAO San Jose Ma’am Grace Tagle Santelices and our Municipal Mayor Jerold Peña, who continue to champion programs that help strengthen the livelihood of local farmers, producers, and women’s organizations. 🙏

Through KADIWA, we continue to promote our local products and support the livelihood of the women of Barangay Minoro.

This morning, we successfully accompanied and turned over Saint Padre Pio from San Antonio de Padua Chapel, Barangay MiNORO, to the Chapel of Barangay DOLO as the pilgrimage continues.

Our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who joined and supported this blessed journey. Special thanks to the Barangay Council, Pastoral Council, Barangay TANOD, and all volunteers who generously shared their time, effort, and devotion in ensuring a safe and meaningful send-off.

We would also like to express our sincere appreciation to the Barangay DOLO Pastoral Council for their warm welcome, hospitality, and the snacks prepared for everyone. Your kindness and generosity truly reflect the spirit of Christian fellowship and unity.

May Saint Padre Pio continue to intercede for our families, communities, and all those who participated in this spiritual journey.

BLESSED VISIT OF SAINT PADRE PIO 🙏

Our Barangay MiNORO is truly blessed to welcome the visit of Saint Padre Pio at our beloved San Antonio de Padua Chapel.

This evening, at around 7:00 PM, a solemn procession was held around our barangay, bringing together residents in prayer, faith, and devotion. Following the procession, a Vigil Prayer was conducted and will continue until tomorrow morning, allowing everyone the opportunity to reflect, pray, and seek God’s blessings through the intercession of Saint Padre Pio.

Tomorrow morning, we will accompany and send Saint Padre Pio to Barangay DOLO as the pilgrimage continues. We warmly invite everyone to join us in this meaningful and blessed occasion as we bid farewell and continue sharing this spiritual journey with our neighboring community.

Our heartfelt gratitude to the Barangay Kinalansan Pastoral Council, headed by Harry Padua Parone, for bringing Saint Padre Pio to our Barangay MiNORO and San Antonio de Padua Chapel.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to the Saint Padre Pio de Pietrelcina Parish, Sabang, San Jose, Partido, Camarines Sur, especially to our Parish Priest, Rev. Fr. Ramel L. Pajenago, for his spiritual leadership, guidance, and unwavering dedication in promoting devotion to Saint Padre Pio. Thank you for allowing our community to experience this special blessing and opportunity for prayer and spiritual renewal.
