Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal Antique headed by 𝙁𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙏 𝙑𝙀𝙉𝘾𝙄𝙀 𝙅𝙊𝙅𝙊 𝙋 𝘼𝙇𝘿𝙀𝙂𝙐𝙀𝙍, 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙫𝙞𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙡, attended the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council meeting held at Office of the PDRRM in San Jose, Antique on October 6, 2026.

The meeting was convened specifically as a crucial preparation for the anticipated Super El Niño phenomenon. During the session, SFO2 Jefferson A Cordero presented the comprehensive and proactive measures undertaken by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Antique to mitigate and address the adverse impacts of the looming dry spell, highlighting strategic disaster preparedness and resource mobilization plans to safeguard local communities.

This initiative is carried out under the leadership of 𝙁𝘾𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙏 𝙀𝘿𝙒𝙄𝙉 𝙋 𝙑𝘼𝙍𝙂𝘼𝙎, 𝘿𝙎𝘾, Regional Director of BFP Region 6, and under the guidance of 𝙁𝘾𝙎𝙐𝙋𝙏 𝙒𝙄𝙇𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙏𝙊 𝙍𝙄𝘾𝙊 𝙉𝙀𝙄𝙇 𝘼 𝙆𝙒𝘼𝙉 𝙏𝙄𝙐, Officer-in-Charge of the BFP.

INVENTORY OF PROPERTY, PLANT & EQUIPMENT (CY 2026)

Today, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) Regional Office VI Inventory Team, led by FSINSP SUNSHINE C PASAQUIAN, conducted an on-site inventory and validation of equipment and government assets for CY 2026 at the Office of the Provincial Fire Marshal - Antique. This activity ensures that all government property is accurately accounted for, systematically recorded, and properly maintained, while reinforcing transparency and accountability in resource management.
This initiative highlights the Bureau’s commitment to operational readiness and fiscal stewardship under the leadership of BFP Officer-in-Charge FCSUPT WILBERTO RICO NEIL A KWAN TIU, carried out regionally through BFP Region VI Regional Director FCSUPT EDWIN P VARGAS, DSC.
