𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐍𝐎𝐖| Partido State University strengthens institutional excellence and people-centered governance through a two-day Competency-Based Training on the Implementation of the Competency-Based Human Resource Management System (CBHRMS) on May 13–14 at the RDE Training Hall.
With the theme "Gearing Towards a Competency-Based HR in the Civil Service: An Introduction to Competency Modelling and Profiling," the activity brings together university officials, human resource practitioners, and personnel in a focused learning engagement aimed at understanding competency-based HR concepts, identifying job competencies, and developing competency definitions and behavioral indicators.
Serving as resource speakers are Human Resource Specialists II Mabelle A. Marco and Jazzleene L. Operio, who will share their expertise to strengthen the University's competency-based human resource systems.

Partido State University (ParSU) was formally awarded the PRIME-HRM Level II (Bronze) Award by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) through CSC Resolution No. 2600582, promulgated on April 22, 2026, following the University’s successful PRIME-HRM evaluation and assessment on February 4-5, 2026.
The awarding was graced by CSC officials, Ms. Ma. Dolores D. Salud, Director II of the CSC Field Office, and Ms. Dana Valiente-Altea, Supervising Human Resource Specialist, who joined the ParSU community for the occasion.
