In celebration of National Women’s Month with the theme “Lead Like the Babaylans, Filipinas!”, the City Government of San Jose, Nueva Ecija recognized exceptional women during the 2026 Outstanding Women of San Jose City Awards Night held on March 26, 2026 at Le Felize Victoria Casitas and Events Center, Brgy. Sibut.

The search is on for the 2026 Ten Outstanding Women of San Jose City, Nueva Ecija.

The deadline for submissions has been extended to March 13, 2026. Please submit entry to the City Human Resource Management Office (CHRMO), located on the 2nd floor of the City Hall Building.

CRITERIA AND ELIGIBILITY
1. Individual Fields:
a.) Nominee must be a Filipino citizen and a resident of San Jose City for at least three (3) years
b.) Nominee must be at least 25 years of age
c.) Nominee must have given substantial contributions to her field of endeavor
d.) Nominee must have no pending administrative or criminal cases and must not have been found guilty in such cases
2. For Women Organization (Group Category) Special Award:
Samahan ng Natatanging Kababaihan ng Lungsod
Pag-asa,criteria are as follows:
a.) Must be an organization or group based in San Jose with at least three (3) years of active community involvement
b.) Must have demonstrated substantial contributions to women’s welfare, empowerment, or gender equality initiatives
c.) Must have no member with pending administrative or legal cases related to its operations or programs
3. Criteria for Judging:
a.) Services and contributions to the community - 30%
b.) Excellence in her field of endeavor - 30%
c.) Leadership abilities and innovativeness - 20%
d.) Moral attitude - 20%
TOTAL - 100%
