📌 Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC)
📍 City Population Office | 📅 May 20, 2026

Entering marriage is not only a commitment between two people, but also the beginning of building a future family together. With this, it is important for couples to be guided and informed about the responsibilities and processes that come with married and family life.

During the PMOC, Ms. Nora Jane Duran of the Local Civil Registrar’s Office shared valuable discussions on marriage registration laws and procedures, as well as the proper registration of children. Her discussion helped participants better understand the importance of civil registration and the proper procedures involved in recording important life events.

Through activities like this, we continue to guide and empower couples as they begin building strong, responsible, and informed families of their own.

📌 Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counseling (PMOC)
📍 City Population Office | 📅 May 13, 2026

The family is the basic unit of society, and every strong family begins with a solid foundation. As couples prepare to enter married life, it is important that they are guided and equipped with the knowledge, values, and responsibilities that come with marriage and parenthood.

During the PMOC, the City Population Office’s very own Ms. Normita Agbayani and Ms. Mae Zusette Mendoza also shared meaningful discussions on Responsible Parenthood, Family Planning, and Pregnancy and Child Care. Their insights and experiences served as valuable guidance for couples as they prepare to build loving, responsible, and resilient families of their own.

Through activities like this, we continue to strengthen not only marriages, but also the future of our community—one family at a time.
