INDIGENOUS PEOPLES MONTH: 0830H-1000H 27 October 2025
Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) San Miguel Fire Station conducted a Standby Monitoring at the Indigenous Peoples Month. Led by Officer-in-Charge Municipal Fire Marshal SFO1 Roel D Blasco and spearheaded by SFO1 Galicano O Lamparas Jr., the initiative aimed to promote fire safety and community awareness.
The Celebration took place at San Miguel Municipal Ground, Poblacion San Miguel, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur.

The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) San Miguel Municipal Fire Station, under the leadership of OIC-Municipal Fire Marshal SFO1 Roel D Blasco, conducted a Fire Square Road Show and Exit Drill In The Home (E.D.I.T.H.) at Terminal, Barangay Poblacion, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur.
These activities were designed to educate young participants on fire safety, emergency preparedness, and the importance of knowing what to do at home during an emergency. It aimed to instill awareness, promote readiness, and encourage a proactive attitude toward safety among the youth.
