• Last Semester’s Grade (No below 88/2.0 average grade)
• Current valid school ID
• Valid ID Addressed to Brgy. Maharlika

📌 Senior High School Students:
• Any proof of enrollment receipt for upcoming school year
• Last Semester’s Grade (No below 88 average grade)
• Current Valid School ID
• Valid ID Addressed to Brgy. Maharlika

NOTE: REGISTRATION/ENROLLMENT FORM SHOULD BE THE RECENT ONE or any proof of registration/assessment for the coming semester.
