Congratulations City of San Pedro for successfully passing and garnering a Highly-Functional rating in the 2024 Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and their Children (LCAT-VAWC) Functionality Assessment along with other 67 LGU's in Region IV-A CALABARZON.

The LCAT-VAWC Functionality Assessment is an important tool for ensuring that LGUs are not only complying with the necessary policies and regulations, but are also actively engaging in meaningful efforts to create a safer and more supportive environment for women and children. The indicators used in the assessment, from committee composition to the preparation of relevant policies and budgets, are all vital components of a sustainable and effective local response.
