On the occasion of his 14th Death Anniversary
Today, we lovingly remember and honor the life of Kap. Arturo L. Hatulan-a man whose presence left an indelible mark not only in our family but also in the hearts of the people he faithfully served.
As a former Barangay Captain, he exemplified true leadership grounded in compassion, integrity, and unwavering dedication. He led with a sincere desire to uplift the lives of others, always placing the welfare of his constituents above his own. His legacy as a public servant continues to inspire many to serve with the same humility and commitment.
Beyond his role in the community, he was, above all, a devoted family man. He was a loving father, a faithful husband, and a dependable brother whose strength became the foundation of our home. His guidance, wisdom, and sacrifices shaped who we are today, and his love continues to live on within us.
Though 14 years have passed since his departure, the pain of losing him never truly fades. Yet, in that pain, we find comfort in the beautiful memories he left behind, the lessons he taught, the values he instilled, and the love he gave so selflessly.
His life remains a guiding light, reminding us to live with purpose, to serve with sincerity, and to love without limits.
As we honor his memory today, we, his family, vow to carry forward his legacy with pride and dignity. His name will continue to be spoken with respect, his works remembered with gratitude, and his life celebrated with love.
