AURORA— In line with Executive Order No. 70 or the Whole-of-Nation Approach to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (ELCAC), the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company (PMFC), Nueva Ecija, PPO successfully facilitated the voluntary surrender of Warren, former member of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) and surrendered one (1) unit Caliber .38 revolver (Homemade) without serial number and two (2) pieces of live am******on for Caliber .38. held at the 2nd PMFC NEPPO Headquarters, Brgy. San Juan, San Jose City, Nueva Ecija on June 18, 2026.

Under the decisive leadership of PBGEN JESS B MENDEZ, Regional Director, PRO 3 and Chairperson of the RTF-ELCAC 3 TWG, the campaign for lasting peace in Central Luzon continues to gain momentum.

This success highlights the effective collaboration within the Joint Regional Task Force 3 (JRTF3) and the unwavering commitment of our police force to encourage rebels to return to the fold of the law.

BATAAN — Personnel of the 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company successfully facilitated a Voluntary Surrender in the province. It marked the formal return of former members of the Partido Komunista ng Pilipinas under Lino Blas Command, Bagong Hukbong Bayan (BHB). The individual also surrendered a fi***rm and explosive, choosing a peaceful life.
