PASASALAMAT 2025 | 304th RRIBn
Habang ang taong 2025 ay nalalapit sa kanyang pagwawakas, ito’y pagkilala sa lahat ng mga Laang Kawal ng Bulacan na buong puso at lakas na naghandog ng serbisyo sa Inang Bayan.
Oras, salapi, at lakas na ginugol para sa paglilingkod ay hindi lamang sakripisyo kundi dakilang tagumpay na ating maipagmamalaki.
Panoorin ang munting sipi ng bidyo na nagpapakita ng ating mga kasama na tunay na isinasabuhay ang diwa ng boluntaryong paglilingkod.

ARMY RESERVISTS' VOLUNTEERS AT BRIGADA ESKWELA 2025
Volunteers from 304th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion once again demonstrate their passion in serving the community. Schools in various locations around the province of Bulacan held their Brigada Eskwela in preparation for the upcoming start of classes.
May this small sacrifice help the young generation to reach their dreams and aspirations.

SIMULTANEOUS BLOOD DONATION || 08 March 2025
Under the esteemed leadership of the 304th CDC Director LTC VERGEL M LAGUITAN GSC (SC) PA, a simultaneous blood donation drive was successfully conducted, bringing together reservists, ROTC cadets, and civilians from Bulacan in a commendable display of community service.
This significant event took place across multiple locations, showcasing the unified efforts of different schools and their respective leaders. At Bulacan State University, ROTC Commandant CPT KRISTAN S ENRIQUEZ ARM PA (RES) spearheaded the initiative with precision and care, through the support of the NSTP Director, Dr. Joseph Edwin S. Catacutan, LPT.
Meanwhile, Bulacan Agricultural State College witnessed a remarkable turnout under the guidance of their ROTC Commandant, MAJ ROSE MARIE RIVERA PA (RES) and NSTP Director, Professor Pilar P. Vicmudo.
College of our Lady of Mercy followed suit under the competent leadership of their Assistant Commandant, 1LT TIMOTEO WILLIAM N MANANSALA PA (RES) and their NSTP Director, Mr. John Ronald Y. Alcaraz, RCRIM, MSCJ.
The collaborative efforts of these leaders and their communities exemplify the spirit of volunteerism and solidarity, making a meaningful impact on the lives of many through the gift of life-saving blood donations.

BATTALION CONFERENCE || 2 March 2025
The first Battalion Conference held at Hqs Coy, 304RRIBn, Brgy. Tibagan, Bustos, Bulacan. The new CDC Director LTC VERGEL M LAGUITAN GSC (SC) PA meets the Staff Officers and Key NCOs of the Battalion face-to-face under the supervision of the Battalion Executive Officer MAJ REYNALDO E ARAGON JR PA (RES), on behalf of the Battalion Commander, MAJ FERNANDO AUTOR FA PA (RES)
Discussing the plans and objectives for the continuity of the good practices and improvement of the Battalion, thru collaboration and cooperation between organic and reserve personnel is essential in shaping a clear, productive and smooth operations in future events.
This type of conference is essential to the Battalion.
As the saying goes, "FAILING TO PLAN IS PLANNING TO FAIL."

Along with this, the Change of Command Ceremony of the 304th Community Defense Center through the guidance of Group Commander of 3RCDG COL VICENTE EDGARDO C DE OCAMPO INF (GSC) PA. We, in the 304th RRIBn are grateful for the service and leadership of the outgoing director LTC ALVIN V TANGUILIG GSC (CE) PA, thank you Sir!
As we welcome our new director, LTC VERGEL M LAGUITAN GSC (SC) PA, we are looking forward to serve with you side by side, leading us to greater heights.
