San Rafael, Bulacan – The 304th Community Defense Center (304CDC), 3RCDG, RESCOM, PA under the leadership of Ltc Vergel M. Laguitan SC (GSC) PA, proudly joined the RESCOM, PA-wide Blood Donation Activity held last August 17, 2025, with the theme:
“Dugong buhay aming alay bilang mga makabagong bayani tungo sa matatag na sandigan ng Bagong Pilipinas.”

As part of the pre-celebration of RESCOM, PA’s 42nd Founding Anniversary, the 304CDC in collaboration with its ROTC Units and Ready Reserve Battalion successfully collected a total of 255 blood bags—a remarkable contribution to the province of Bulacan.

This milestone was achieved through the active participation of:
ROTC Cadets from Bulacan State University, Bulacan Agricultural State College, and College of Our Lady of Mercy
The committed personnel of the 304th Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion (304RRIBn)

The 304CDC extends its heartfelt gratitude to its partners and leaders who made this success possible:

70th Infantry Battalion, 7ID, PA – for its unwavering support and partnership in the successful conduct of the activity

This activity highlights once again the spirit of volunteerism and bayanihan embodied by the reservists and cadets of 304CDC and 304RRIBn.

Each blood bag collected is not just a number—it is a lifeline, a symbol of hope, and a testament to the unity of the Bulakenyo people.

Most importantly, this success reflects a whole-of-community approach—a strong partnership between the military, LGUs, and health institutions—proving that when different sectors work together, more lives can be saved and a stronger, healthier nation can be built.

The 304th Community Defense Center, 3RCDG, RESCOM, Philippine Army invites everyone to join us in a noble mission of saving lives through the upcoming RESCOM-Wide Blood Donation Activity.

𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 | 𝗔𝗿𝗺𝘆 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗠 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗚𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗨𝗽 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝗕𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴

In preparation for the Nationwide Simultaneous Bloodletting on 17 August 2025, the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA) is in full swing as generous contributions have been received from Hon. Lamberto D. Bambao and the LGU of Ternate, Cavite; Hon. Jasmin Angelli Maligaya-Bautista and the LGU of Magallanes, Cavite; Hon. Rommel Magbitang and the LGU of Naic, Cavite; Armed Forces and Police Savings and Loan Association; Inc. (AFPSLAI); FPJ Panday Bayanihan Partylist; Gardenia Philippines; ABS CBN Foundation; ACDI Multipurpose Cooperative; and Air Materiel Wing Savings and Loan Association, Inc. (AWMSLAI).

Set to be conducted simultaneously, the bloodletting aims to bolster the country’s blood packets supply, assist patients in urgent need, and foster volunteerism among soldiers, reservists, and civilians alike.

As RESCOM, PA mobilizes personnel, reserve units, partner organizations, and the public, the message is clear: this Sunday, every drop counts. By giving blood, we give the most precious gift of all—life.
