Sparkling Creativity: Unleashing Learning with Scratch Programming

Last August 15, 2025 at 3:00 PM, the Libaong NHS Faculty headed by M. Edito F. Lepon, gathered for a another Learning Action Cell (LAC) session with the theme "Sparkling Creativity: Unleashing Learning with Scratch Programming".
Our resource speaker, Ms. Theres Marie Cumayas, led us through an interactive and insightful discussion on how Scratch Programming can be used as a powerful tool to enhance student engagement, develop problem-solving skills, and spark creativity in the classroom.
The session was filled with hands-on activities, practical demonstrations, and meaningful discussion empowering everyone to integrate technology in a fun, visual, and learner-centered way.
This LAC served not only as a platform to learn new skills but also as a reminder that teaching becomes more impactful when creativity meets innovation.

A Day of Unity, Health, and Celebration!

Libaong National High School, headed by our school principal, Mr. Edito F. Lepon, proudly concluded its month-long celebration of Nutrition Month 2025 with a lively culminating activity that brought the entire school community together. With this year’s theme, “Sama-sama sa Nutrisyon, Sapat para sa Lahat,” the event highlighted the importance of collective effort in promoting nutrition, wellness, and food equity among learners and families.

The celebration featured a meaningful showcase of student talents, health-themed competitions, showcasing learners' talents and skills, all aimed at raising awareness of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle practices. More than just a school event, it became a platform for advocacy, creativity, and unity.

The 2024 - 2025 school year is nearing its end, and we look forward to seeing you on April 15, 2025, for a meaningful celebration.
